#After finding out about what the Hwang brothers were hiding to him and how they betrayed him

As we all know, Jun-ho is not looking for the island just to stop the game but to see his brother again. He really is looking for him more than the island itself. It's like he wants to find him and try to convice him to stop doing these atrocities, I think he shares the same purpose Gi-hun has: to stop the games, stop the people behind them. And I really want to see a scene with Jun-ho and Gi-hun together, with an already unmasked In-ho, trying to convice him to stop, to unite again, or a similar scene where the three are there, Gi-hun, In-ho and Jun-ho.
In-ho would be in his soft spot there, Gi-hun watching all of this and it would be so emotional for all of them
#True about his point that there's still some hope#Now that you say it#It also would be a huge test for Gi-hun's humanity#After finding out about what the Hwang brothers were hiding to him and how they betrayed him#Would he forgive them? Or would he finally crash?

â§warnings: violent descriptions, yandere/toxic themes, mentions of blood, and may be a little long
â§synopsis: Sunghoon was one of the most feared vampire-demon prince, way more violent, crazy and scarier than any of the Parks. However, one day his eyes land on y/n, a sweet, half human and half angel girl, who looked just too good to be true. An angel for him to ruin, the next queen when he takes the throne. His parents were all for his love, unaware that he'd do just anything just to keep her...
â§â§â§â§â§â§â§â§â§â§â§â§â§â§â§â§â§â§â§â§â§â§â§
The next heir to the Park's throne was none other than Park Sunghoon. The well feared vampire demon prince across the world. Those who never saw him, knew him. They knew him for all those treacherous murders he did, and the torturous lengths he took when ever anyone betrayed him. Only one girl would run after him no matter how annoyed he gets, and that's Hwang Mihi.
One day, the male wanted to go hunt down a deer as it had been a while since he last went hunting. However, his eyes landed on something more captivating, the scent of her blood alluring almost any vampire or demon to walk past. The male moved the hanging plants out of his view, only to find her.
Kang Y/n, a half bred angel, her delicate movements were like those of a blossoming lotus bud, a pure, white lotus flower, that's what she reminded him of. Oh that pretty smile, those little moles that were scattered across her face and collarbone. How she reached over the water for the white lotus, completely unaware of the dangers that lurk nearby her.
The male noticed a nearby vampire, that was ready to steal the precious blood of his darling. Seeing this, Sunghoon hopped off his horse, with one swift move, he picked up a whole lotus bunch, the girl's eyes met his, she looked shock, a little scared but she seemed mesmerized.
Stunned to see someone so handsome in real life, up so close to her, his eyes have her captivated, his arm rested softly around her waist. She had been warned to run anytime a vampire or demon neared her. But she had been so caught of guard this time. When she noticed his fang, she immediately pulled away, running away, through the forest, her soft, black, silky hair hitting his face.
He stood there, smiling, the delectable smell of her hair being the only thing he felt hitting his face. He knew she was meant to be his, and he will do anything and everything in his power to get her. His parents too, saw how calm he was through the day, feeling a sense of relief wash over them, knowing the future king does have what it takes to take over their place. His parents however, had no idea about Hwang Mihi's feelings for Sunghoon and her desire to be the queen.
The following days, he had followed her everywhere, now knowing where she lived. She lived alone with her brother, Kang Taehyun. Taehyun was still a baby vampire as he had survived a vampire bite thanks to Sunghoon, therefore, he was already on his good side. Sunghoon went into the forest where he saw her run to pick berries. "Y/n... I know you're here... you do realize that you're mine and you can't run from me right?" Sunghoon shouted, as the girl softly snickerred, hiding behind a tree.
"I may be yours... but this forest is mine." the girl remarked as Sunghoon followed the voice, the girl hiding behind a different tree. "Not just this forest, this kingdom, this palace, this whole world will be yours... you just have to marry me" Sunghoon said as y/n ran again. "Got you." Sunghoon said, smiling as he back hugged her, pulling her to his chest.
He ran the side of his sword gently across her neck, making sure he didn't hurt her. "You tell me my princess... what a vampire should do is suck the blood out of something so vulnerable. But I want to make you my queen." Sunghoon said as he leaned into her ear. As she softly pulled away, her head hung low "Your majesty... we can't be seen like this-" She said as the male snickerred, spinning her to face him, as he wrapped his arm around her waist.
"Come on baby don't say that... look at me... you and I are meant to be, you are my everything you see darling... without you, I can't rule this kingdom." Sunghoon explained as he leaned into her face, she looked up at him, awe struck by his visuals. "Will you love me and stay loyal?..." She asked. It's something she hated, when men cheat, specifically Kings or men who have such power.
"Of course baby you're all I'll ever need. I don't want anyone else... and I don't want you to be with anyone else...." Sunghoon warned as she nodded. The two were on Sunghoon's horse, she sat in front, as he securely held her, a genuine smile on her face, seeing so much from above the horse, but nervous when she noticed the little whispers and stares.
"Mother, father, this is the future queen... my soon to be wife, Kang Y/n" Sunghoon introduced as she bowed. His mother smiled, pushing her gently beside Sunghoon "Son you have our blessings" his father confirmed. Mihi, clearly angered, stepped in the way "no way! she's not even royalty!!! how do you know she isn't a scheming witch?" Mihi asked as they stared at her in disbelief.
"She's Kang Taehyun's sister... she wouldn't hurt a soul" Sunghoon coldly said as the girl frowned at her "But I'm meant to marry you Sunghoon, that's the way it should be!" she yelled as his parents sighed, clearly embarrassed for her, she ran off weeping as y/n turned to Sunghoon feeling a twinge of guilt "I don't like her. she's just sticking around for the title as queen." He simply said as he placed a loving kiss on her forehead.
The two were in the beauty of the nature, alone, he sat on the soft grass, with y/n resting against his chest. His arm snaking around her bare waist as she snuggled into him. The sound of the waterfall being the only thing that could be heard. the girl smiled as she stared up at him. He was so calm and peaceful when around her. The feeling of his soft lips against her neck and her jaw, as they finally landed on her lips. His first kiss. Her first kiss. A sight Mihi despised... So she decided to take matters into her own hands.
Breaking into the Kang household, the girl, softly dragged the dagger across y/n's neck, gripping her jaw with a smirk. "You steal my man... You get the sting. How disgusting, he fell for a half, not one obit demon nor vampire. Nothing but a weakling." She snickerred, stabbing the point of her dagger, a little, causing a droplet of the girl's blood to run. But y/n didn't flinch.
Just the smell of her blood from no matter how long away, Sunghoon knew his darling was in danger. He appeared right behind Mihi. His long fingers wrapping around her neck painfully, choking her until she coughed up blood. The death was painfully slow. That was the last anyone heard of Hwang Mihi. Sunghoon licked the small droplet of blood off of her neck as he kissed her. "your blood, your body, your heart and your everything belongs to me... cant let even a single drop stain my precious white lotus..." He mumbled by her neck.

STRAY KIDS AS ROMANCE TROPES

SUMMARY: what tropes i think would suit skz members
PAIRING: ot8 x reader
GENRE: mostly fluff, varies on the tropes, but none are angsty
happy stay day loves! <3
i had this one sitting in my drafts for nearly a year, completely forgotten about it. but i finally finished it. i hope you enjoy reading and i would love to hear your thoughts! <3
my masterlist
BANG CHAN âŹsoulmates
you and chan were best friends for the entirety of high school
being a year older, he got his soulmark before you and when you saw it, you kept making fun of him
"how are you going to find your soulmate when i never saw you go on a single date?"
he would go on a few dates just to prove you wrong, but he always had that smile indicating he was hiding something whenever you asked him about his soulmate
and then your 18th birthday rolled around and it was one big "fuck"
your marked matched chan's
so many things suddenly clicked. how you acted around each other, how you spend time together so often, everything
when you told him, he was a perfect gentleman about it making jokes about how you're literally destined by the universe and how blind you were to not see the perfect match sooner
he did take you to the absolute
LEE MINHO ⏠academic rivals
you met minho in one of your lectures
you were a high achiever and prided yourself on being the best of the best. so when this random boy scored the same or better on your exams, it only fueled you to try harder
every exam, every project was a competition against minho
until you were assigned to work on a project together
having to pause you rivarly for a moment, you actually got to know each other a little and you realized you actually have quite a lot in common
after that project your rivarly continued, but in a much more friendly manner. you bickered about your scores and supported each other on the rare occasions one of you didn't meet your expectations
eventually you started studying together, sharing your notes and arranging study dates, soon turned into real dates
SEO CHANGBIN ⏠office romance
you didn't imagine it to end this way when you were tasked with training the new hire
but he kept throwing flirty looks and teasing remarks your way, so it's only natural you reciprocated
after he was done with training, changbin always made sure to take his lunch break at the same time as you
one time he "accidentally" ordered the wrong coffee, so he gave it to you (it was your favourite)
you wanted to repay him, so you bought him coffee the next day. and he bought you one the day after and so on, until you just started going to get coffee together
your first kiss happened in the office storage room, completely unplanned. you were just getting some old documents and it happend
as a true gentleman changbin refused to acknowledge such unromantic first kiss, so the official happened after the dinner he took you to that night
HWANG HYUNJIN ⏠arranged marriage
when your father sent you to another kingdom for marriage, you had been angry, and rightfully so. you never even met the prince, all you knew was his name, hyunjin
to his credit, he tried to make the transition as comfortable as possible for you
hyunjin didn't push you into anything, he gave you your space in private, all he asked was to pretend in public
bonding over your unfortunate situation, you eventually became somewhat friends
the more time you spent with hyunjin, the easier it got. you werenât pretending to like him in public anymore. you genuinely enjoyed his company
and when you realized you loved him, he welcomed your feelings with open arms, admitting he felt the same
HAN JISUNG ⏠best friend's brother
you met han jisung on accident really
he was the older brother of your best friend jeongin and you happened to run into him when you were picking your friend up
it was as close to love at first sight as you could get
since then you always found excuses to be at jeongin's house and as it turned out, jisung did too
"jeongin sent me to pick up the books for him, he has late shift" Jisung said as he showed up at your door one day
or "jeongin send me to give this to you, you forgot it at our place"
and it only continued from there. you tried to be sneaky in front of jeongin, hiding your relationship at first
to your surprise, jeongin already knew about you, because being subtle was a skill neither of you possed. he was only upset it took you this long to tell him
LEE FELIX ⏠childhood sweethearts
you couldn't remember how or when you two met, because in all of your memories, felix was just there. kindergarden, elementary school, high school...
there wasn't even a certain point of realization you loved him. it just happened over time, gradually like the growth of a flower
one night at a sleepover at his you stayed up late, talking about whatever, when suddenly felix's arm was around your shoulders and he was leaning in
when you became official, no one was really surprised ("it took you two this long?")
not much has changed, really. you and felix were always close, always spending time together. you only exchanged the best friend titles for partners
KIM SEUNGMIN ⏠strangers to lovers
you two met in a hospital, both accompanying your clumsy friend who needed stitches
you bonded instantly over how dumb your friends are
you thought you'll never see him again
but surprise, two weeks later you're back at the hospital and look who's there. kim seungmin, waiting for his friend
said friend (introduced himself as jeongin) actually talked to you first this time, since he heard about you from seungmin
he also convinced seungmin to give you his number when you met for the third time, saying it was fate
you and seungmin then kept texting all the time, exchanging stories about clumsy friends, talking about your interest and all kinds of other things
after few weeks of just texting, seungmin asked to see you again
your date ended up in the hospital, because you managed to sprain your ankle when you were walking through the park
seungmin kept laughing at you for it, saying how hospitals are your thing now
to the relief of the both of you, the second date went smoothly without a trip to the doctor
YANG JEONGIN ⏠barista crush
your friend brought you to this one cafe for a study date and that's where you met him
behind the counter was possibly the cutest boy you ever met
you stuttered through your order, but he just smiled at you
since then you became a regular there
jeongin (as his name tag said) soon learned your order by heart
he would draw smiley faces or leave short notes on the cup whenever you took the coffee to go
you started doing the same, leaving doodles and messages on the unused napkings left at your table
besides orders you never actually spoke to each other, both being too shy to start an actual conversation
until one day you found a phone number with a heart and a smiley face on your cup

Caught
The Front Man x F! Reader
My Masterlist
Summary: Youâre Jun-hoâs police partner, who infiltrated the island with him. When the Front Man is looking for the intruders, you reveal yourself in the hopes of keeping Jun-ho safe. Little did you know that he was safe all along.
Rating: M (18+) (Minors DNI Please)
Warnings/Tags: Squid Game Spoilers; Nothing explicit happens, but there are implications of things to come; implied future dubious consent; Manipulative Front Man; Coercion; the mask stays on; Slight canon divergence in episode 7, where the Front Man knows Jun-hoâs identity earlier while searching for him in his apartment.
A/N: I havenât written anything like this before, so would love to hear what you think.Â
Word Count: 1 k
You listened and watched as the Front Man got closer and closer to Jun-hoâs hiding spot. He was going to find your partner and you couldnât let that happen.Â
You stood up and watched as he turned to face you, his gun pointed at your chest.
âSo youâre our intruder, hmm?â
âYes.â You were impressed that your voice didnât come out shaky through your mask, which you had continued to wear as a precaution even as Jun-ho abandoned his.Â
He stepped closer, his gun still pointed with unwavering intensity. âDonât lie. I know there are two of you. Where is the other one?â
You stepped back, hoping he would follow you further away from Jun-ho. âWe split up. We thought it would be easier to escape that way.â
His deep voice sounded amused, âIt obviously was not. What is your name? And what is your partnerâs name? I know youâre with the police. The bullets made it obvious.â
He continued to step forward as you stepped back, until your back was against the wall and his intimidating masked face was unnervingly close.Â
âI wonât tell you his name, but weâre here to find his brother.â
You hoped that would distract him from asking after your name again. You didnât want to reveal it, not after all youâd seen on this horrible island. He would use it against you.Â
He hummed and his deep voice made you conceal a shiver, âDonât think that I didnât notice your evasion of my question. I will find out your name eventually. This is my island and I know everything that happens on it.â
You turned your masked face away as he stepped even closer to you. You were cornered and as you attempted to control your flight or fight response, you noted that you could feel his warmth even as he loomed over you. You couldnât help but think that in another situation you would have been pressing closer to him. He looked strong enough to hold you against the wall. You took a deep breath and focused. It didnât matter how close he got as long as you kept his attention on you and away from Jun-ho.
âWhy did you come with him? Your partner.â
You cleared your throat. Keep him distracted. âHeâs like a brother to me, so I wanted to help him find his.â
He seemed to contemplate your answer. Based on what youâd seen of him, you knew he wouldnât hesitate to shoot you if he didnât like your answers. You were surprised he hadnât already. He looked strong and menacing in his mask and hooded black coat with his gun still pointed at you, and you knew that his appearance was not deceiving. Yet you couldnât tell anything about the man that must lay behind the mask.
After a moment of deliberation that felt like an hour, he seemed to come to a decision, stepping back and holstering his gun. His gloved hands clenched as he spoke, âWhat would you do for him?â
You didnât hesitate, âAnything.â
If you could have seen his face, then you would have seen that Hwang In-ho was smirking which was as close to a smile as he was capable of these days.
âGood, thatâs good. Come with me.â
He strode out of the room with full expectation that you would follow. You did not have a choice.
As you hesitated, he called back to you, âI will know if you try to escape and you will not like what will happen if you do.â
You followed behind him and resisted the urge to look back at where you knew Jun-ho was hiding. You didnât want to reveal anything in case the Front Man looked back at you. This would all be a waste if Jun-ho was discovered after you gave yourself up.Â
You reached the main room behind the Front Man to see that he had settled himself in the chair in front of the TV screen. As jazz filled the room, he tilted his head and spoke. âCome into the room. I wonât wait all day. Iâm a busy man.â
You walked closer and stood awkwardly in front of the screen, looking at the mouth of his black mask. Time seemed to slow until he spoke, âKneel.â
You stared at him open-mouthed, not that he could see it behind your mask.Â
âNeed I repeat myself? Your partnerâs life is at stake.â
You stepped forward and dropped to your knees in front of him, staring up at his masked face through your own mask.
He let out a faint noise of what sounded like pleasure at your submission. âGood. Take off your mask.â
You didnât hesitate this time, pulling it off and lowering the bodysuit that covered your head. He seemed to survey your features, his gaze heavy on your face even through his mask.Â
You looked down and away from him. Then you felt his gloved fingers on your chin, tilting your face up. âDo not look away from me. I want to see your eyes.âÂ
You stared up at his mask and held the position he put you in. What else could you do?Â
His masked face leaned closer to yours and you had the sense that he was looking into your eyes, though it was impossible to tell. That uncertainty did something to you that you werenât ready to name.
He ran his gloved finger along your cheekbone and over your jawline, tracing your features, before letting his thumb rest on your slightly parted lips.Â
You were tempted to bite it, but you wouldnât. For Jun-ho.
He seemed to sense that and let out a chuckle. You werenât sure if you had ever heard one so deep and in spite of yourself you wondered not for the first time what he looked liked under the mask.
What would that voice sound like speaking your name?
When he spoke, his deep voice sounded satisfied as his gloved thumb caressed your lips, âGood girl. Weâre going to have such fun together, you and I.â
A/N: This does imply that In-ho planned to leave Jun-ho alive. I have ideas for more Squid Game fics, but am working on finishing some other planned fics first. Likes, comments, and reblogs are much appreciated! Thank you so much for reading!

Alluring (03)
Pairing: Hwang Junho x Reader
Genre: Smut, Angst, Drama
Word Count: 6k
Summary: Junho tries to fight the alluring spell you put on him, with no success.
Warnings: Suicidal Thoughts, References to Depression, Unplanned Pregnancy, Pregnancy sex, Emotional Manipulation, Kidnapping, Mental Instability
Notes: Here is the so-awaited part 3. From what I've planned, this fic will be about 5/6 parts + epilogue, so we still have a little more to go. Please let me know what you think. Hope you enjoy! <3
Part 2 | Masterlist | AO3
Junho grunted as he tried to open his eyes, squinting at the strong light that hit him right in the face. His body was heavy â a weird sensation he didnât quite know how to explain in his limbs â and his head felt like it was going to explode from the massive headache he was having. He cursed at himself; he should really stop drinking if his hangovers were becoming as bad as this.
He groggily tried to sit up â reaching for the bedside table in search of his phone â when a wave of nausea hit him and forced him to lay back down, covering his face with his hand in an attempt to hide his eyes from the light. His brows furrowed; something was wrong.
And then the memories came.
You. Junho remembered how you had come to his house after he saw you in court, pregnant with his child, begging for his help. The way you had cried on his couch until he gave up and said yes, followed by the way you had cared for him in the bathroom. Then it had all faded to black, but he still remembered the words you had said to him.
Your brother sends his regards.
He was wide awake now, a growing rage forcing him to sober up and look around.
Junho didnât know where he was or how he got there; all he knew was that he had one hell of a headache and that the room he was in was not his apartment. He didnât even recognize the clothes he was wearing, a white tunic and pants that he was absolutely sure he didnât own.
He was in a bedroom bigger than his living room and kitchen combined, everything expensively decorated in tones of wood and white. It reminded him of a hotel room, with common furniture consisting of a queen-sized bed, a table with a couple of chairs, a large TV, a bookshelf, and a closet â with nothing that would help him identify where he was. The big soft mattress under him made him feel like he was laying on clouds, and the massive window to his left filled the room with sunlight â the beige sheer curtains making it hard for him to see what was on the other side. He had never been there before, he was sure of it.
Then he heard the seagulls and, not that far, the sound of waves crashing against the shore. Faint, but close enough for him to worry. He forced himself to stand up, groaning at his cramping muscles before slowly making his way towards the window and pulling the curtains to the side.
The first color he noticed was green; so much green. Green, yellow and blue. The trees, the sun, and the sky. He opened the sliding window with shaky fingers, stepping outside into the balcony and finally taking a good look at what surrounded him.
âNo, it canât beâŚâ he whispered to himself as his wide eyes took in the scenery.
He was definitely not in Seoul anymore.
The house he was in stood right on the edge of a green forest, palm trees shadowing him as he grabbed the rail and looked forward with mouth agape, trying to make sense of where he was. A luscious lawn followed by a beach with the whitest sand he had ever seen surrounded the house, bordering an ocean with water so blue it matched the sky. Forget about Seoul; he was not in South Korea, he was sure of it.
Junhoâs first thought after internalizing that little fact was that he needed to find a way out. You had overpowered him and brought him there; he needed to have the upper hand somehow or at least learn more on why he was there. He had underestimated you and was now paying the price. With your money and connections, there was little you couldnât do, especially if you were working with his brother.
He looked down, calculating the height he had to jump to reach the ground floor. He seemed to be on the third floor of the house, with no other balconies surrounding him but the one he was in. He searched for something that would help him climb down but found nothing. He quickly realized that â unless he felt like shattering his kneecaps â escaping from that balcony was not an option.
A red light in his peripheral vision made him stare right into a camera that pointed at the balcony. Junho furrowed his brow, going back inside the room and looking at it with searching eyes. He found what he was looking for in a corner of the room, the small black box right above the closet, almost hidden from sight. It reminded him of the time when he was on that godforsaken island, being watched every second of the day and night.
âI know youâre watching me,â he said as he looked right at the camera. He was probably being heard too. His whole being was being monitored, and he had no doubt that Inho was watching him right on the other side of that camera, waiting for his next move.
Who was Junho to disappoint his big brother?
He gripped the knickknack closest to him â a small but heavy owl statue on the bookshelf â and threw it right at the machine, smirking as the dented thing broke with a satisfying sound. He threw a book at it too for good measure, a growing urge to break things taking over him. If he couldnât find a way to leave that room, maybe he could break his way out.
âFuck you!â he screamed at the broken camera while throwing a lamp at the wall. âCome talk to me face to face if youâre brave enough, you fucking pussy!â
He kept screaming obscenities out of rage, cursing you, and cursing his brother with the same intensity. He had never hated someone so much as he did now, trashing a room on some island he didnât know the name of. He hated not knowing. He hated being locked up with no answers and no plan. At least he knew what he was doing when he was on that death island, but here? Here, he knew nothing.
âFucking liar!â he hissed with you in mind, stomping on the TV he had just thrown at the wall. âI bet the damn kid isnât even mineâŚâ
âAre you done?â
The sound of your voice behind him made him turn for the door, right where you stood, looking at him with a raised brow and clearly unimpressed by his outrage, arms crossed above your baby bump. For a moment he just stood there, looking at you. He was expecting his brother â or even guards to beat him up and throw him in some dungeon â but not you.
âWhere the hell am I?â he barked as he pounced on you, ignoring your surprised cry as he pressed you against the wall by the throat. Your nails marked his skin as you gripped his arms, the fear in your eyes almost making him want to smile. Good, he thought to himself, you should be afraid. âWhere is he?â
âL- Let me go, you brute!â you ordered, trying to fight him off. He kept his grip on you firm but not too tight; he couldnât hurt a pregnant woman even if that woman was you. Especially you.
âThen answer my questions!â he screamed in your face, trying to ignore the unshed tears that pooled in your eyes; he couldnât fall for your crocodile tears again. He couldnât let you control him.
âYouâre somewhere safe!â you said in a begging tone, lips trembling as you started crying. âP- Please, let me go, youâre hurting the baby.â
Shit. There it was; the manipulation he knew was coming. Of course you would use his damn unborn child to stop him from getting his answers, and he had no doubt whatsoever that you would use that baby for way more than that. But Junho didnât move, going as far as squeezing your throat just a little, ignoring the pain as you kept scratching his arms with eyes full of fear and tears streaming down your face.
âPlease, Junho, youâre safe here, no oneâs going toââ
âWhere is he?!â
âJunho,â a familiar baritone voice said his name, âthatâs no way to treat a lady.â
He turned to see his brother by the door, dressed in all black with his hands behind his back, a stern look in his eyes reminding Junho of when he used to scold him as a kid. It always made him feel guilty like he was the one doing something wrong.
He hated it.
He let go of you before throwing himself at his brother, fire in his eyes, consumed by pure rage. Inho let himself be punched exactly once before grabbing his younger brotherâs fist and twisting it around with enough strength to make him gasp and fall to his knees.
âI know youâre confused and upset,â his older brother said like he was easing a wild animal, âbut you need to calm down before you do something youâll regret.â
âFuck you!â Junho shouted as he tried to get loose. He could feel hot tears running down his face as he fought back, memories of the last time he faced his brother all those months ago rushing through his mind. It hurt. It hurt more seeing him now, acting like he hadnât tried to kill him like he was nothing. It was agony. âYou tried to kill me, motherfucker!â
âJunho, please,â he heard you say as you kneeled in front of him, soft hands cradling his face to force him to look you in the eyes. âI need you to take a deep breath and stop fighting.â
âDonât touch me, you traitorous bitch!â
âY/N, get the sedative.â
âButââ
âNow!â
The slap to his face made him stop struggling, wide eyes looking at your raised hand as his cheek burned. He noticed how your eyes shined with tears, your bottom lip trembling as your other hand soothed your baby bump. Then you looked at his brother behind him, your expression changing to one of anger.
âI told you to wait!â you said as you stood up with effort. âItâs too soon! He needs time to understand.â
âHe was hurting you!â Inho screamed back in an incredulous tone like he couldnât believe you were talking back at him.
âLeave!â
There was a heavy pause where Junho could only hear his own heavy breathing before his brother released him and left the room, closing the door with a bang. He fell forward as he tried to control his breathing before raising himself on his palms, too dizzy to be able to stand. He then focused his attention on you, now sitting on the bed, hands gripping the sheets as you bit your bottom lip.
âI know this can be too much for you right now,â you said before he could utter a word, âbut I need you to calm down and listen to me. I had no choice but to do things this way. You wouldnât have come if I asked you to, and I know you donât trust me, so itâs not like you would listen to my logic even if I tried to explain it to you. But youâre here now and thatâs what matters.â
A pause went by where Junho stayed on the floor, eyes on your belly as he tried to process the weak explanation of why you had to kidnap him. One thing, in particular, wouldnât leave his mind.
âAre you with him?â
The look of confusion on your face told him he had nothing to worry about.
âWith your brother? As in with him?â you scoffed, looking insulted. âHe might be attractive, but heâs as boring as they come⌠so no, heâs not the father, if thatâs what youâre implying.â
âIt couldâve fooled me.â
There was another pause where you just looked into each otherâs eyes, no words shared between you as you both tried to remain calm. Junho wondered for how long his brother had been in contact with you â planning, lying, and manipulating things your way. You seemed perfect for each other in his eyes; just a couple of snakes. What were you expecting from keeping him there? Loyalty, trust, and a promise not to lock you up for life? None of you deserved any of his compassion.
âNow what?â
You took a deep breath before answering his question.
âNow you stay here until this mess dies down and we can all go back to our normal lives.â
âIâm not letting you get away with this.â
âWeâll see,â you said with a sigh as you stood up. âNow get up, Iâm going to get you something to eat.â
âI want to talk to him.â
âYour brother will meet you when youâve calmed down,â you said, passing by him while looking around the broken mess that was the bedroom. âYou know the door was open, right? There was no need for you to trash one of my guest rooms.â
He avoided your stare as he watched you leave the room, the door left wide open. Now was his chance; he could find a way out, go back to the mainland, and put you both in prison for good. There was no time to waste.
He was thankful â even if surprised â to find no one in the corridors of the house, wondering if there was no one there but you three, which he doubted; no way someone as rich as you would be able to live there without help. He did notice the cameras, however, watching him as he power-walked through all the corridors and open rooms of that mansion.
He hoped you were both watching.
He finally reached the ground floor, sprinting for the door that opened with no effort whatsoever. He knew in the back of his mind that you and his brother were playing with him; he was only able to do this because you let him, not because he actively tried to escape. Still, he would accept whatever little victory he could get at this point.
The first thought that came to mind as he stepped into the luscious front gardens â strong sun hitting him right in the face â was how thirsty he was. He hadnât felt it as soon as he woke up, but his throat, tongue, and lips felt as dry as sandpaper now. He ignored the feeling â focusing on his mission â and took the necessary steps to reach the beach, feeling the sand in between his toes.
He wasnât sure of what to do now that he was outside; there was too much space, too much sand, too much sea. He felt lost, a million emotions he was trying to keep under control threatening to take over him. He almost wanted to run back inside and beat his brother to a pulp before forcing you to take him back home.
âMind eating with me before touring the island?â he wasnât surprised to hear you behind him. âYou must be starving.â
âAre you gonna drug my food too?â he scoffed, looking at you over his shoulder. His eyes went wide as he noticed the fresh marks on your neck, undoubtedly done by his hands. ââŚDoes it hurt?â he asked, turning to you with eyes full of regret.
âYes,â you said without hesitation before shrugging, âbut I guess I deserved it, in a wayâŚâ
He followed you without a word when you went back inside the house, keeping his distance as he almost expected to be ambushed, still not convinced that you would let him walk around without constant surveillance. But he didnât see anyone as you led him through the mansion till you reached an interior garden, a round glass table in the center of it.
The smell hit him instantly, his stomach growling in reaction to the delicious-looking food displayed on the table. He wasnât aware of how hungry he was until that moment, mouth salivating as he got closer, eyes going wide as he spotted the jar with icy water right in the middle of the table.
âBe free to eat as much as you want,â you said as you sat down, watching as he served himself a glass, moaning in satisfaction as the cold water quenched his thirst.
He wasnât shy while eating, filling his mouth with bulgogi, kimchi, rice, and more of the dozens of side dishes available to him. He was aware you were watching him and â even though that made him slightly uncomfortable â he preferred to ignore it and eat, instead of talking like he knew you wanted to. So you watched each other as you ate, waiting for the time where he would eventually ask more questions.
It didnât take him long to feel satiated, dropping his chopsticks with a clink before leaning back in his chair to then watch you as you nibbled on a rice cake.
âAre you eating enough?â The words left his mouth without him thinking much about it, but he quickly shrugged it off; it was only normal for him to care about the eating habits of the mother of his unborn child.
âIâm not that hungry right now,â you said while putting your utensils down, glancing at him with a nod. âCan I get you anything else?â
He shook his head, unsure of what to do next. He was still mad and he still wanted his answers, but he didnât want to hurt you again, no matter what you had done. The marks on your neck were possibly the only thing keeping him under control right now.
âWhy did you do it?â he finally asked. âI had already said yes to what you asked of me, so why this?â
You sat straighter in your chair, sighing before answering his question, âI learned a lot about you in these past few months, especially after I found your brotherâŚâ you gave him a short smile before continuing, âand something I learned is how loyal to justice you are. I could never just take your word for it.â
âYou found my brother?â
âAnd he was a very hard man to find,â you said with a nod, leaning back in your chair, âbut I needed him if I wanted to get to you.â
âAnd now you got both of us.â
âI do.â
âDo you really believe that your little plan is going to work?â he asked after a moment of just staring into each otherâs eyes like you were daring him to say what he really wanted to say.
âI have my hopes up,â you answered with a shrug. âItâs not like you can leave, anyway.â
Junho knew you were telling the truth. He hadnât even explored the island yet, but he was aware that it would be very hard for him to leave that place. He also knew you were comfortable knowing that he wouldnât hurt you, even though he could see in your eyes that the earlier events had wavered that belief.
âDo you really think that having us play happy family is gonna add to anything in the end?â he blurted out, standing up as he grew restless. âYou will have to answer for what you did sooner or later.â
âWell, a girl can dream,â was your answer. âAnd what did I do, exactly? Watched a game, donated some money?â you shrugged. âFucked a cop?â
Your last words stabbed him where it hurt the most, and he found himself regretting the last year of his life more than ever. He hadnât been just an innocent bystander either; he never stopped anyone from dying, he never did anything to help any of the players, and â the only time he actively tried to do something â was when he lost all reason and time on you. He could have been saving lives, but he was fucking you on the pretext of gathering circumstantial proof. In the end, was he really that much better than you?
He suddenly felt extremely tired, a strong headache making his eyes hurt as a wave of nausea took over him. He needed to rest â to sleep all this mess away so he could finally think clearly â so he turned his back to you and left to what he supposed would be his room for the rest of his stay.
Junho spent his first week there mostly laying in bed, unable to sleep properly or do much more than pace back and forth in his room. He had searched that island from the inside out on his second day there but â excluding the helicopter lane and small harbor on one side of the island â there was nothing he could use to escape or contact someone. Besides that, he felt like he was alone in that place, with only you for company â on the rare occasions you would check on him. He searched that house from top to bottom and still never saw another soul other than you. Every single moment of his stay there felt like a living nightmare, and he could feel himself break the longer he was kept in that place. All of that led to several nights of insomnia where he tried to accept his destiny, interrupted by moments of pure rage where he thought of doing the unthinkable to moments of deep depression where he wondered if any of this was even worth it.
He wasnât sure for how much longer he could keep living like this.
Tonight was one of those depressive instances where he felt lonelier than ever. He was doing what he had been doing for the past two nights; wandering in that big, empty house like a lost spectrum, looking for something to pass the time before he inevitably fell asleep from exhaustion. The books in his room had been a good distraction until the moment he couldnât focus, brain too busy with other stuff to comprehend written sentences. He had thought about going for a run or a swim (who knew, maybe the ocean would take him out of his misery) but it was too dark for him to do so and he hadnât been in the mood to do anything physical lately, anyway.
He took another gulp of the expensive whiskey bottle he had found in one of the living rooms, grimacing at the strong fiery taste as the alcohol slid down his throat and warmed his belly. He hadnât planned on getting drunk, but it didnât take much to convince himself that he would rather do this inebriated than sober.
This referring to talking to you. Having an actual conversation, not just whatever that mess on the first day was, or the meaningless wellness checks he had with you since then. Maybe he could even seduce you and try to get more information from you. What could go wrong? It was not like he could get you pregnant again.
He took yet another gulp of liquid courage as he shrugged that specific thought away; he hated to admit how attracted to you he still was, even after all the recent events. The highlight of his day was when you showed up to his room to bring him food and have a chat, he couldnât deny that. There was always a tension in the air when you were together, but he could feel himself deflate like a balloon the second you were out the door. His dreams didnât help with his frustration either; he couldnât fall asleep without having his dreams being invaded by memories of your last time together or â even worse â new perverted fantasies his own mind conjured where he fucked you so hard he would actually wake up with a fist around his dick and his shorts sticky with cum. Worse than those wet dreams were the nightmares; awful things were his brother killed him over and over again, leaving him to drown in his own blood.
He was done with that.
Your room was somewhere on the second floor. He knew it because he had found you wandering the hallways late at night, dressed in a nightgown and a plate of toast in hand. He had been too much of a coward to follow you or even announce his presence, but he wasnât about to make that mistake twice.
The third door he opened was your room.
It was dark and quietâ as to be expected from the late hours of the night â but he recognized your perfume instantly, making him feel even dizzier with the added whiskey he was still drinking in small intervals. He stood by the door frame as he waited for a sign you were awake, listening attentively before deciding that you were sound asleep. He got in as silently as he could, taking careful steps as he tried not to bump into things before letting out a curse as he tripped over his own feet, falling to his knees with a thud. He groaned as he let the bottle in his hands fall â thankfully on a carpet â before he heard you gasp and turn the lights on.
âWhat the hell are you doing here?!â came your surprised question. He looked up to see you fumbling with your sheets as you sat up with effort, the fine fabric of your nightgown doing little to hide your body. Then he locked eyes with your wide sleepy gaze, a confused expression on your face as you assessed him before your eyes locked on the bottle by your feet. âHave you been drinking?â came your second question, now in a tone that sounded too much like scolding.
His body found it all weirdly arousing.
âWhat if I have?â he answered with another question, brow raised in a teasing expression. âJealous you canât?â
He laughed at the look you gave him before he watched you sigh and stand up, demanding the bottle with a gesture he was quick to obey. You set the bottle on the bedside table before sitting down again, now a worried look on your face.
âWhat are you doing here, Junho?â the serious tone in your voice reminded him what he went there to do in the first place.
âI wanna talkâŚâ he said as he got up with a grunt, âI wanna talk about us. I wanna know everything, I want answers. I deserve it after what you did to me.â He sat beside you, his thigh touching yours as leaned over to continue talking. âI canât sleep and youâre the one to blame for thatâŚâ he paused as he took in the scent of peaches and honey, no doubt coming from you. âMmh, you smell goodâŚâ
âItâs four in the morning and I need to rest,â you informed as you pushed him away slightly, keeping your hand on his chest as a way to keep him at a distance. âIâve told you why I did what I did, and you know I wonât let you see your brother for the time being, so please, go to bed. Youâre drunk. â
âI canât sleep,â he said as he grabbed you by the wrist, a slightly begging tone in his voice. A realization hit him as he said those words; in reality, what he didnât want was to be alone. âPlease, I⌠I canât.â
The expression in your face softened at his words, and he wondered if you understood exactly what he meant. He felt so alone. He was alone and angry, and scared. It had only been a week and he felt like he was about to lose himself for good, and that scared him as much as what the future held for him and you. Something he knew would come soon and change everything. This thought process brought some soberness into him, and he knew then that he had to leave.
âSorry I woke you up,â he mumbled as he stood up, making a beeline for the door.
âI know how you feel.â Those words made him stop in his tracks, hand on the doorknob as he turned to face you. You were looking at him with eyes that almost reflected his own. You were scared too.
He kept still as he watched you approach him without a word, accepting when you gingerly reached for his face in a touch that sent a shiver up and down his spine. Your hand on his cheek felt nice, felt right. He went back to the day you had kidnapped him, the tender way you had cared for him in the shower, and he was surprised to realize how much he missed your touch.
He knew that logically it made no sense; you barely knew each other, and he could count on one hand the occasions you had been alone together, close like this. With now, he counted three times. Not nearly enough to make him feel that infatuated, but he couldnât lie to himself anymore; he wanted you closer.
So he kissed you.
Junho pulled you as closest to him as your bump would allow, hands cupping your face as he consumed your mouth with vigorous passion. His stomach made a weird flip when you didnât lose a second to respond to his touch, kissing him back just as enthusiastically. You moaned against his mouth when he nibbled at your bottom lip, kissing you harder when he felt your hands go under his shirt, making him feel warmer than he already was. You wanted him too, and he would make sure to use that to his advantage.
He carefully pushed you back in the direction of the bed, hands on your waist as he never stopped kissing you.
Fuck, I want you.
His need burned like a fire through him, making it impossible for him to think straight as he pulled the straps of your nightgown down and over your breasts before carefully laying you down on the mattress. He quickly covered your body with his, a hand massaging your sensitive tits as his mouth marked your neck with small bites and kisses.
âYou smell so good,â he whispered as he made his way down to your chest, arm trembling from the need to touch you more as he tried not to crush you with his weight. âI want you so badâŚâ
You moaned in response to his mouth on your nipple, making him buck his hips against yours as he felt your thighs brush against his sides. Your hands in his hair â pulling his head down and scratching his scalp â only made him harder, and he had to pull away for a moment to fully undress.
He watched you as you watched him pull his shirt over his head, eyes dark with lust and lips parted and swollen from his kisses, breasts soft and heavy in full view of him and hair spread out like a halo. You looked like a goddess, and he was about to worship you the right way.
âTell me what you want,â he commanded as he went back to sucking on a nipple, now fully naked over you. He knew exactly what he wanted to do to you and how, but he had to control himself and let you take the reins for now.
âI want you,â you moaned as you arched your back against his face. â Now. Help me get this off and get behind me.â
He did as you said, almost ripping the fabric covering your curves before you were finally naked under him, looking so tempting it made his mouth water. He never thought that seeing you round with his child would make him feel so horny he felt like he could come just by looking at you, but here he was, hard as a rock and aching to get inside your warm cunt.
He placed himself behind you, your back against his chest as you lay sideways on the mattress. He wasted no time in going back to kissing you, keeping your head to the side as he swallowed your moans and gasps, his other hand sliding down your body to cup the heat in between your legs. He could feel how wet you were as he slid his fingers up and down your slit, his knee going between your thighs to keep you open for him as he started finger-fucking you at a rhythm that made you want to close your trembling legs.
You grinding your ass against his dick did nothing to help him take things slowly, but he knew he couldnât be rough this time around, so he took his time touching you and getting you used to his fingers, stretching you and filling you in preparation for his cock.
âYou donât have to be that gentle, you know,â you whined as he started pressing against your clit. âOh, please, just fuck me already⌠I wonât break.â
Junho wasnât about to go against your wishes.
He let out a groaned curse as he finally got inside you, pushing in little by little until you gasped his name, your arm going around his neck to pull him for a kiss that took his breath away. His hips moved on their own accord as he started fucking you at a slow but firm pace, loving the sounds that came out of your mouth every time he filled you up as far as he could go. He felt like he was dreaming; being with you like that again couldnât be real, kissing you couldnât be real, the way your body moved beside his couldnât be real.
The sound of skin slapping against skin and the smell of sex overloaded his senses, mixing with the way your warm cunt clenched around his cock like you wanted to trap him there. He lifted your leg as high as it could go before fastening up his rhythm, relishing in the way you cried out his name like a prayer, nails biting his side like you were afraid he would let go. He had no intention of doing so, his brain focused on one thing and one thing only:
You.
He couldnât hold himself any longer when he felt you come around him, body spasming as you cried out in ecstasy, promptly making him follow suit. His orgasm hit him like an explosion, warm and pleasurable beyond anything he had felt in months, only enhanced by the way your cunt pulsed around him.
He buried his face in your hair as soon as he was finished, body limp and eyes heavy as he felt himself fall asleep, lulled by your warm body in his arms. He felt you grab his hand and pull it against your chest before you called out his name.
âHm?â he mumbled, fully closing his eyes before hugging you closer.
âAre you going to regret this tomorrow?â he heard you whisper.
He furrowed his brows as he thought of the meaning of your words; would he regret it later? Should he? The simple answer was yes. He should be hitting himself over the mere thought of sleeping with you again, but he couldnât bother to care. What was done was done, and he had nothing else to lose. Right now he wasnât a cop and you werenât a murderer accomplice. Right now you were just a man and a woman, and thatâs what he had to keep reminding himself for the time being.
âNo,â was his answer. âWill you?â
You shook your head in response before moving to sit up, looking back at him over your shoulder with a faint smile. It looked bittersweet to him â and he thought he saw unshed tears in your eyes â but he quickly brushed that thought aside as you leaned over to kiss him.
âSleep,â you said as you got up in the direction of what he guessed to be the bathroom. âIâll be right back.â
He stayed awake until you came back, time where he took you in his arms again, enjoying the feeling of your body against his, warm and impossibly soft as you laid your head on his chest. Then he closed his eyes, feeling at peace for the first time in what felt like forever. He knew deep down that it was all an illusion, a trick of the mind as he let himself be enchanted by the witch that had stolen his heart and body long ago. But he didnât mind it at all as he finally fell asleep.

Till death do us part - 4

Y/N grew up in a wealthy family, she always was seen as a beautiful  and smart kid and was most likely to take her fatherâs place as the CEO of one of the most important companies in South Korea. However, after  the death of her mother, Y/Nâs family slowly started to break apart. Her  father was always working to forget his uncalled pain while his kids  were left alone at home.
She was 17 years old when her life took a  sudden turn when she met him in a dark alley. He was a bloody mess,  bruises everywhere but behind blood and dirt, she could see his  beautiful features and his addictive gaze. Maybe she should have walked away, maybe she shouldnât have helped him, but the moment his gaze  locked with hers, she was already his.
Choi San was his name.
Genre: Mafia AU, smut, angst, fluff, stranger to lovers
Words: 1883
TW series:  Y/N is described as an OC. Please be aware that this story will contain  a lot of triggering content such as smut, blood, death, murder, drug,  kidnapping, etc. Do not read if you are under a legal age!
TW chapter: Obsessive behavior (from Y/Nâs and Sanâs side), threats, swearing and a hint of jealousy.
Here it was, the silhouette I liked the most
"San..."
He hugged me tightly as if there was no tomorrow. I noticed how he was sweaty and out of breathe, probably from running to get to me faster.
I breathed in his unique scent, it was woody scent, something fresh but still manly. I felt safer with him, everything was easier when he was by my side. I didn't want to let him go and my feelings seemed mutual as he tightened his grip on my waist.
I was like a piece of metal attracted to a magnet.
We sat down on the bed and he let me cry my heart out, listening every word I had to say. I told him my story, my conflictual relationship with my father, how harsh he was with me and my brother since my mom passed away and my arranged wedding with this Hwang Jinyoung.
We talked for two good hours about my problems but also about the future we both wanted.
As time went on, I started to feel sleepy, my eyelids were heavy and my mind was cloudy. I slowly closed my eyes until I fell into a deep sleep into San's arms. He gently patted my head to help me fall asleep.
"Don't worry Y/N, I will protect you from now on."
San hummed a song before falling asleep by Y/Nâs side.
----------------------
Chapter 4
I woke up in the same room I felt asleep on. The unusual walls made my heart ache at the thought of what had happened between my father and I. I knew deep inside me that there will be no turning back with my relationship with him but strangely enough, i didn't feel bad about it, I was more concerned about my brother than anything.
"Did you sleep well?"
I looked up and was greeted by this angelical face of his. San was laying on the same bed as me, one of his muscular arm holding my frame tightly. I smiled back and hide my face on his chest, smelling his addictive scent at the same time.
"I did."
It was a weird feeling. I knew almost nothing of San, I met him three times and still... I felt as if I could give him my whole body and soul. I couldn't help but think about what my mom told me when I was still a child.
"Someday you will find someone you can rely on, someone who doesn't need words to know how you feel, someone who understand and cherish you as the most precious thing in the world. You will find this person one day Y/N, I'm sure of it."
My lips came upward in a smile as I remembered my mom's word, they had a new meaning to me since I met San.
His grip tightened a little around me while his other hand was busy, gently petting my hair.
"You are acting like a boyfriend"
"Do you like it?"
"Very much" I smiled, looking fondly at him and before I knew it, San leaned on and kissed me slightly.
His lips felt like feather, there was nothing but sweetness and love in this kiss, his right hand cupped my cheek and rubbed his thumb against the soft skin.
When our lips finally moved apart, I looked up to meet his - oh so lovely - gaze.
"You are so beautiful"
"Say the man whom is beauty itself" I giggled softly.
This moment was almost perfect - almost.
My mind was quick to remember about the bitterness of the situation I was in. I looked down sadly, avoiding San's intrigued eyes.
A lot of questions were running on my mind. What will happen from now on? I was still minor and my dad was stubborn, he would never let me escape from his grasp so easily. How will I survive? I didn't even had enough money to stay on this hotel for more than a week.
Unconsciously, I sighed heavily. San took my chin between his thumb and his index and lift my face towards his.
"What is it?" San asked me in a whisper.
"Did you bring your phone with you? I have to call Hana, she must be worried."
After a few seconds, he nodded and gave me his phone. I entered the familiar number and quickly enough, Hana's voice was heard through the phone.
"Y/N!! Is everything okay? I was worried sick! I thought you were coming early in the morning?" Her voice cracked at the end of her sentence. I frowned my eyebrows. She was whispering yelling and it was odd since she was always a loud girl.
"Sorry, I didn't wake up. Why are you this quiet?" I suspiciously asked.
"Y/N, I don't think you should come here, your father was there one hour ago and he was beyond furious! He threatened me and my family, saying that he will ruin our lives if he find out we are hiding you from him!" She cried out.
This sentence came before a long and heavy silence where no one dared to talk. My mind was processing this new information while my heart was scolding me for bringing my best friend and her family into a delicate situation.
San was quietly listening to our conversation, his right hand on top of mine while his thumb was gently rubbing the back of my hand..Â
"I'm so sorry Hana... I didn't mean to bring you into this mess..." I lowered my voice, guilt eating me alive.
"Hey sweety... It's okay. You didn't do anything wrong but... I don't think this is a good idea to go against your father will. He is really scary."
"Are you telling me to came back home and let my father do everything he wants with me?" My throat felt suddenly dry and my heart heavy in my chest.
No answer.
I knew she was just afraid of what could possibly happen to her and her family, she just wanted to protect her loved ones. However, I couldn't help but feel betrayed. She knew how my father was and how hard it was for me to handle this situation.
"I see. Don't worry for me, I'm gonna find a way." I finally stated with the coldest voice I could muster. I didn't let her the time to give an answer and hung up right away.
I stayed silent for a while and so did San.
After what seemed like an eternity, I finally looked up at him and sighed with a small smile "Thank you for what you did to me. I owe you one"
"Why are you talking as if you are going somewhere?" he arched his eyebrows before leaning close to me with his signature smirk of his "I'm not planning to let you go away from me, love."
I gasped in surprise "L-love?" I asked stuttering, embarrassed by this sudden pet name.
"Why are you embarrassed about? We just kissed a few minutes ago"
I avoided his gaze and coughed slightly to get rid of the awkwardness "I can't stay here San... You will be in trouble if my dad find out you helped me and I don't want it to happen."
This time, it was San's turn to sight.
"Y/N. Listen to me. I will let you two choices" I frowned but stayed silent to let him continue "You don't know who I am but I can help you. However I won't take you with me if you don't want to. It's up to you. Do you want to stay with me, where I'll promise to keep you safe by my side, or do you want to go back and be toyed your entire life by your father against your own will?"
Silence again.
His face was serious and his voice demanding, It actually made me think I couldn't choose the latter choice - not that I wanted to choose this option anyway.
"Why are you doing this.. I mean, we don't know much about each other and-"
"Kim Y/N, born in Seoul the 25th September 1999 at 3:48. You like horror movies and all kind of sweets, your mother passed away the 4th June and since then, your father had changed completely, leaving you and your brother behind" San said, never breaking visual contact with me "You are the student with the best grades on your class and you are the teacher's favorite and even though you want to attend the prestigious Seoul national college, you don't know what to do in your life yet"
I was astonished, how did he get all his information?
As if on cue, he slipped a hand in my hair "It's been two years now Y/N, no one know you as much as I do. I know every single details about you but now, I don't want to look at your life from far away, I want to be apart of it" He smiled but frowned as I slowly stepped away from him "were you stalking me all this time?" I asked, heart beating fast.
"Come on, I know you are as obsessed over me as I am over you" He laughed before standing up and quickly doing his hair while looking his own reflect on the mirror âI was there every time you talked to your friend about meâ
I watched his every move and couldnât find anything to say. No matter how crazy it sounded, I knew he was right.
"And how are you gonna help me?"
"Your dad isn't all white, quite the contrary" He said "I know enough to tell him to let you be" He added.
"Are you going to... threaten him?" I looked at him through the mirror.
"Why? You don't want me to?" He smiled at me, his back still facing me.
I took a deep breathe.
"No... He deserves it"
He turned around and came closer to me with the widest smirk.
"So... Are you coming with me?"
I watched as the landscape kept changing from outside the window. The spacious car was moving in slow pace in a part of Seoul I never went in.
I knew it was the beginning of something new but everything seemed so unreal, the only thing that kept me back to reality was the warmth of San's hand intertwining with mine.
I quickly take a glance at the driver, his sharp nose and strong eyes made him look cold, a perfect contrast with his tanned skin. I was surprised by how young he was, probably not much older than San and I and obviously both of them were getting along with each other.
I was so focus on looking at the man and wondering who he was to San that I didn't took notice of my staring until I felt San squeezing my hand.
"Y/N...I'm not sure of how I feel about you looking at another man" He pouted cutely to grab my attention back to him. I laughed lowly and gave him a apologetic look "I'm not sure how I feel about you being jaleous while we are not in an official relationship yet" I smirked at him.
"The kiss wasn't official enough for you?" He smirked back "should I give you an other one then? " He asked, his face coming closer to mine.
His lips ghosted over mine but we were interrupted by a loud cough before we could properly touch each other.
"Please San, can you keep your hands for yourself until you both are alone? I don't especially want to see you guys kiss in the back seat of my car" The driver said in a rather annoyed tone.
"Look who is talking" San scoffed "Should I remind you how many times you made out with your girlfriend in front of me?"
The older man let out a dry laugh, his eyes still on the road.
After a few minutes of a comfortable silencex the driver looked at me from the front mirror.
"Your name is Y/N, right?"
"Yes... And you are..?"
"I'm Seonghwa. Park Seonghwa" He said "I'm glad to meet you, San wouldn't shut up and talk about you every fucking day" He laughed, earning another loud scoff from San.
"Watch your mouth, you are older but I'm still the boss here" San growled.
Suddenly, the car stopped abruptly.
"We safely came back to your home sir~" Seonghwa politely stated, not without a hint of teasing in his voice.
San pulled me out of the car, hand still holding mine firmly. I followed him and looked up at the huge mansion in front of us.
My mouth fell agape, this place was way bigger than mine.
"Welcome to your new house" San smiled.

Always Going To Be You ~ Hwang Hyunjin [Request]

âŹâŹâŹWord Count: 1.8K
âŹâŹâŹGenre: Angst with a fluffy ending
âŹâŹâŹPairing: Hyunjin x Fem!Reader
Hyunjin left early that morning again without a goodbye kiss or even waking you up to tell you that he was going out and you woke up to the cold and empty bed once again that week. You rolled over expecting to find your boyfriend laying beside you but his side of the bed was freezing suggesting he'd left early if he'd been home at all. You felt like you hadn't seen him in weeks the way he'd been acting was so weird to you it started when he came home from the studio one day you'd figured he'd had a fight or something with one of the boys so you let him chill out but after that he became distant. Began ignoring you, leaving early and coming home late you put all of that down to his job stress but then Changbin told you they weren't working as late as Hyunjin was so you were left doubted where your boyfriend was really disappearing to all day and night.
"Hey, baby...Call me when you get this, you were supposed to have this weekend off...What happened?" You didn't care that you sounded needy or clingy right now, you missed spending time with him so you were going to give him until you got out of the shower for some kind of explanation but if there wasn't anything you were going to call Changbin for answers.
Staring down at the lyrics he was working on Hyunjin tried to think about the things that were going through his head, it was what Chan told him to do whenever his mind got jumbled like this. Write all of your feelings down on paper and try to turn them into a song, so far Hyunjin had three songs all with different ways he was feeling right now, none of it was helping him. If anything it was only confusing him more on how he was feeling and he was left more unsure than ever, which was why he'd locked himself in the studio this weekend, away from you, away from the boys just to clear his head on everything. His phone flashed beside him signalling that he had a new voicemail and without looking he already knew that it was from you, probably asking where he was and why he wasn't at home like he was supposed to be. This was one thing he hated about feeling the way he did right now he was pushing you away but that was his head, one side of him was telling him how crazy he was but the other one was telling him to push you far away from him and his lifestyle.
Time continued to pass yet there was still no news from Hyunjin about where he was and what he was doing, you tried not to let your mind run to the worst places it could but it was hard when Hyunjin was extremely attractive and surrounded by equally attractive people all of the time in his job.
"Binnie?" You asked down the phone as you stood outside of their dorm, you'd brought food for everyone since you knew they were all home - all of them except for Hyunjin that was, Felix text you to let you know that he wasn't there either.
"You're here? I'll come and unlock the door now," You and Changbin had been friends for years so it was no big deal that you would go and hang out with him from time to time but this wasn't just going to be a friendly visit. You wanted answers on what your boyfriend was doing and if he wasn't going to be the one to give you those answers you'd use other ways.
"Hey! Look at you, bringing us all food. We should wife you up," He winked noticing your clothes, you were in one of his hoodies and a black pair of leggings you'd clearly made no effort in what you were wearing or your hair so he knew something was wrong.
"We'll get some plates and talk, come on." He threw his arm over your shoulder and began pulling you through the house. There was one thing about Changbin you loved and that was the fact that he'd been brought up with older sisters so he knew just what to say and do in this situation.
"FOOD!" He screamed waiting for all of the boys to emerge from their hiding spots slowly and coming out to see what food there was for the offering.
"It's like living on a farm!" You expressed watching as Jisung and Felix began fighting over some of the spring rolls while Jeongin and Chan were devising a plan on stealing the whole chow mein together.
"My room, come on." Changbin began pulling you in the direction of his, Chan's and Hyunjin's dorm room and he put you down on the bottom bunk and handed you a teddy.
"Tell Oppa Binnie all about it." He ordered sitting back on the bed, you laid your head down on his thigh and looked up at the mattress that was peaking through the slabs of the bed above this one.
"He's not been coming home, if he does it's late and he's gone early...I just want to know what I did to make him this distant." Changbin was already playing with your hair and trying to calm you down in any way that he could but all that was doing was making you sleepy.
"Hyunjin and I don't talk about things like that but I can try and figure things out if you want," He whispered, he could tell by one look at you how hurt about all of this you were but you weren't willing to admit to Hyunjin.
"Really? I don't want it to cause problems in the group-"
"I've been friends with you a lot longer than the group, you come first. I warned Hyunjin when you first started dating that I wouldn't let him hurt you." You whimpered a little, tearing up as he turned into an overprotective brother-type, it was quite endearing to see him like this since it wasn't very often that it happened.
Later that week Hyunjin came in from another late night and he'd expected to find you in bed like all of the other times but he walked into your apartment to see you sitting in the living room with a suitcase.
"What's this?" He asked taking off his shoes, dropping his keys on the table and looking at you, your eyes never left his as he made his way into the living room.
"I'm leaving. It's clear that you don't want to be a part of this relationship anymore but don't know how to end things, so I'm making it easy for you and I'm leaving." He couldn't believe what he was hearing coming from your mouth but you had to do this, you had to take a stand about what was happening it was your relationship as well.
"Why?"
"I don't know Hyunjin? You tell me, you're never home? When you are it's like I don't even exist. You haven't looked at me in weeks-"
"I'm looking at you now!" He yelled but you just scoffed at him not wanting to hear him yell, you wanted to hear why he was being so distant and weird with you. Changbin hadn't managed to get a single thing from him after you left the dorms that day, all Hyunjin did was shut everyone out after that.
"What did I do? Did I piss you off? Is there someone else?" He heard your voice crack and he couldn't believe you would think that there would be someone else,
"Of course, not." You waited for some kind of explanation but nothing came so you picked up your keys and stood up reaching for your suitcase but he pushed it away from you. Putting it out of your reach so you couldn't leave without going past him,
"Hyunjin I am done fighting for this relationship when it's clear I am the only one trying," He let you go and you began walking past him taking the case and wheeling it to the door.
"There's no one else," He called out when your hand touched the door handle, you stood in place and he sighed turning to look at you.
"There's no one else, there never has and there never will be." You weren't following along with him and why would you? He'd shut you out for weeks so he knew you'd be pissed.
"I've been confused about my feelings, it's hard to explain." He'd planned on never doing this, he'd planned on working out his feelings by himself but seeing the way you were just going to walk out, how hurt you were it made everything clear to him for what he had to do.
"Please sit down." He begged, his eyes were filled with tears as he turned to look at you so you just walked to the sofa taking a seat next to him as he reached for your hands.
"I love you, you know that and I just...I got too in my head about everything. I figured that you needed better than me...I wanted you to have everything I can't give you. A normal relationship," The frown on your face was evidence that you weren't following along with him,
"Hyunjin I don't-"
"I don't want you to wake up one day and realise you don't want my lifestyle...The paparazzi, the hiding and sneaking around-" Your hand cupping his face stopped him from talking and he looked at you wondering what you were doing,
"I will always want you," You stared into his eyes promising him it again,
"It's always going to be you," You whispered hoping that he would believe you,
"Always?" He questioned placing his hand over yours, he was only just now realising how cold your skin was to touch.
"Always." You confirmed and he smiled softly, he didn't look happy or convinced about any of it so you were about to tell him again,
"Hyunjin-"
"We should get you to bed, it's freezing your hands are like ice." He pouted taking your hand and walking towards the bedroom of your apartment. On the way he was blowing hair in his hand that was holding yours, trying to warm it up as best as he could.
"Here," He went to the wardrobe getting out one of your favourite hoodies of his and giving it to you along with some thick leggings to wear to bed that night.
"Get changed," He whispered turning on the TV and finding a movie for you to both snuggle up together and watch while falling asleep in his arms for the night.

Drunk Desire.
Hwang Hyunjin x Reader.
Word count:Â 4.1K
⥠Warnings âĄ: SMUT; college AU, jealousy, alcohol consumption, drunk sex, penetrative sex.
Another request [78) âShh, donât worry, Iâll take very good care of you.â with Hyunjin] from this list. Hope you all like it!
It had been exam after exam after exam. You spent endless nights not batting an eye, head buried in your pretty notes and many many books, falling asleep on your desk with your lamp still on and your phone dying slowly next to your laptop, unable to wake you up in time for you to get ready to go to class.
Groaning when you realized you had missed the class already, you walked out of your room to get something for breakfast, your favorite cereal would do.
Sitting on the table watching a video on your almost dead phone, you jumped when your roommate appeared from her room fully dressed, impeccable makeup on her beautiful face and her perfume filled the living room.
"Good morning, Y/N. I didn't know your class was canceled? I thought I was alone" she greeted you, grabbing an orange and guarding it inside her backpack with her laptop.
"Hey, Yeji. It wasn't, I missed it because I was asleep. Luckily I already read today's lesson for tomorrow's test" you said, pausing the video to pay attention to your pretty roommate.
"Oh, that's cool, I guess. Your next class is around 10, right?" she looked at you, waiting for your answer. You nodded, and she smiled widely, clapping before continuing. "Great. Listen, my brother is coming here to pick my camera, he said he needed it for a project or something, I don't really know. Do you think you can give it to him for me? I need to print something for the strict, annoying teacher, the earlier I leave the best."
You finished your plate of cereal while she talked, and without thinking too much you shrugged, nodding again.
"Sure, you can leave to print that homework" you said, smiling gently. Yeji thanked you, grabbed her purse and walked out the department, the sweet fragrance of her perfume leaving a trail that disappeared with her.
You sighed, standing up and leaving your plate on the sink, putting your phone to charge while you got ready to start your day. You would have to actually put effort to hide the dark circles under your eyes; you were aware of how tired you looked, of how dead you were feeling both on the outside and the inside, but you could do this, you had to keep going and trying to do well enough with your grades so your parents could help you pay your part of the rent.
You took a short shower to start getting ready for your next class that would start in about an hour and a half.
Enough time for you to get ready and look not as dead as you felt you looked.
Almost as soon as you were done, a knock on the front door got your attention. You walked to it and opened it, and behind it, Yeji's handsome brother greeted you with a smile that could make you feel butterflies in your stomach.
"Hey, Hyunjin! You're here for the camera, right?" you moved to the side to let him step inside your shared department, he closed the door behind him and stood still in that place awkwardly.
"H-hey, Y/N! Yeah, I need the camera for⌠A project. Where's Yeji, by the way? I thought she would be hereâŚ" he looked everywhere but in your direction, clearly looking for his younger sister. You didn't know why, but that made you feel⌠Bad. You had put so much effort in dressing up and he couldn't look at you. Did your outfit not match? Was something wrong with your makeup, or your hair?
"Oh, yeah, she left earlier because she had something to do, sorry about that. Let's go, she left the camera in her room" you turned and made your way to the room across from yours, hearing Hyunjin's steps following lazily behind you until you finally got to where you needed to be.
Looking around trying to find the camera, you clapped in excitement when your eyes finally located the object, and just as you started walking towards it you could swear that you heard Hyunjin chuckle softly, biting your lip in embarrassment as your cheeks started getting hotter.
You made your way back to Hyunjin, handing him one of Yeji's most appreciated things in her room, and he took it from your delicate hands, his fingers brushing against yours for a short moment, and once he was holding the camera like it was nothing, he finally looked at you with another bright smile that could make you melt.
"Thank you, Y/N" he said, winking an eye before he turned and walked away from you to the front door. You stared at his back before your mind short circuited and your mouth blurted his name.
He turned to you, hand on the door knob and expression unreadable. "Yes, Y/N?" he asked. Your heart started beating a little bit faster, your eyes looked everywhere but in his direction. Why did you have to do that? You asked yourself, biting your lip in clear doubt of not knowing what to do anymore.
Until your eyes found your back, and you breathed in, walking over it and placing it on your shoulder before walking to Yeji's handsome brother and smiled coolly at him. He didn't say anything, still waiting for you to say something that would explain your acting.
"I'm leaving for class too, maybe⌠We could go together, what do you think?" you said shyly. Hyunjin smiled sweetly at you, his eyes disappearing behind the beautiful smile that adorned his angelic face. He looked so breathtaking, you almost had to remember how to breathe to keep functioning properly. The man in front of you nodded, turning the knot to open the door and waiting for you to go before him.
On the way to the buildings, you got to know him a bit more; you knew the basic things about him since he visited Yeji every month or whenever he needed something, you'd seen him occasionally drop her there after a party or after they hung out together, it always warmed your heart how close they were, you knew from your own roommate that they shared a beautiful bond and that they appreciated each other a lot. But this was the first time you'd ever been alone with him like this, and to be honest you were quite nervous.
He seemed to notice, because he started talking about the first thing noticeable for the both of you, and then the conversation changed topic and the walk that seemed eternal when you walked it alone had become the shortest one for you, it felt like it had ended too soon, but it had been good. Hyunjin helped you feel relaxed around him, he was as friendly and nice as everyone on campus said he was.
You waved goodbye to him, but he leaned in and kissed your cheek, making you blush as he walked away with a wink and a smile smug that left you feeling like a teenage girl again, your hand slowly going to touch the spot his lips had met with you, heart thumping rapidly.
Shaking your head, you turned to walk to your classroom, your head still spinning from the recent event that caused your cheeks to feel hot. Unluckily for you, your friend who looked up from his phone when you entered the classroom knew something was up just from the way you were holding your bag.
"Someone had a good morning" he greeted you. You rolled your eyes, sitting in your chair and turning to look at him.
"Good morning to you too, Felix. Yes, I had breakfast, thank you for asking. How was the last class?" you told him, making him laugh with how you tried to change the topic from your good mood to talk about something that was so boring, like a class that always made you feel sleepy.
" It was good, nothing happened. I'm more interested in your morning, what happened?" he tried again, extending his arms to take your hand and play with your fingers. You were used to him being so touchy, it was how Felix demonstrated his appreciation for you.
"Hyunjin walked here with me" you told him, a foolish smile and closed eyes accompanied your blush from earlier, Felix's voice ohh'ing made you hit the hand that was playing with yours playfully.
"I didn't know you liked him! When did this crush start, Y/N? And more importantly, why didn't you tell me earlier? You know, I could've tried to make you get closer to him, we're good friends, just like you and me!" a storming of questions and comments from your freckled friend made you regret admitting to him that Hyunjin was your crush, since he helped you with a project related to expressionism and he accepted to let you study him for answers to your hypothesis. Thanks to him, you aced that assignment and got the highest score, having your teacher congratulate you in private for your hard work.
"Listen, I'm gonna help you with him" Felix said, clapping and grabbing all your attention. He hadn't seemed to notice that you were zoned out, not even being mad from the lack of answers to all of his questions. "You're coming with me to Chan's party, I know from trustworthy people that Hyunjin is gonna be there" you raised a brow after that statement, a playful smile on your lips. He was talking about himself.
"Good morning, everyone" your teacher's voice interrupted your friend, the classroom lowering all the talking which obligated Felix to lower his next words.
"Wear something sexy, I'll pick you up. It's this Saturday at 8, be ready" he whispered, turning his attention to the teacher. You were left to your thoughts; Felix's plan was to take you to a party, make you meet Hyunjin and from then you didn't know what would happen next.
You would be lying if you said the idea of going to a party sounded exciting, you've been working too hard on school, and today was your last test, you couldn't agree more to what your roommate told you when she went to sleep, finding you still awake on your desk, head buried into your notes, laptop screen bright and dark circles prominent in your face.
"You deserve to rest, Y/N. We should do something fun, this is the last week of exams until the finals" she said. You only hummed an answer, and your friend understood to leave you alone until you decided to come out of your cave by your own choice.
Now you had to tell her to help you choose an outfit to impress a boy, without revealing that said boy was her brother.
After class, Felix and you walked to a cafeteria for him to explain what you kissed for sleeping in, then asking you the questions he had asked you earlier, this time talking slower so you could answer all of them. By the evening, when he was walking you home he hugged you goodbye, adding a kiss to your forehead leaving you kind of startled. It was the first time he added a kiss, but you decided it wasn't important and walked inside of your shared department. Yeji was sitting on the couch, using her laptop. She closed it as soon as you walked in, but you noticed the suspicious smile on her face when she walked over to you and placed a hand on your shoulder.
"I heard that you're attending Chan's party" she said, letting go of you and sitting on the back of the couch.
"How'd you know that?"
"Felix told Lia, and she told us. It was surprising but I'm happy that you're gonna do something besides studying!" she clapped, obviously excited. You could only laugh, it had been a nice day and since you were done with tests you felt relieved.
"Yes, I am going to Chan's party. You're going too, right? Can you help me pick an outfit?" you asked. Yeji squealed in content, taking your hand and running to your room. It was kind of messy, but since you'd been living together for a while you weren't ashamed anymore of how your room looked like anymore.
"I'm not going to the party, I promised the girls a movie night, so I'll be staying over with them, just to let you know" she turned to wink at you, then kept looking at your closet trying to find the perfect outfit for you.
Hours passed and while you messaged Felix about how excited you were for the party, Yeji finally found what she called 'the sexiest' outfit for you, letting you use her favorite heels that even if they were kind of tall, they were still comfortable to wear.
The next day, just as promised, Felix arrived at your house and greeted you with his eyes wide open, a blush on his face also painted the tip of his ears.
"You look gorgeous, Y/N!" he said, walking over to you and kissing your cheek. Yeji hadn't left the house yet, so she greeted Felix too. You were happy that they got along well, but knowing Felix everyone got along well with him, he was a piece of heaven made into a human.
"Take care of her, Felix. I'm trusting you to not let her do anything she'll regret later" Yeji warned, pointing a finger at him.
"I will, don't worry. She'll be back in one piece" was Felix's reassuring words to your roommate. You scoffed, annoyed that they were talking about you as if you weren't present with them.
Instead of saying anything, you took Felix's arm and walked out of the apartment, Yeji'd laugh could be heard until she closed the door, watching you go with your friend. Felix understood that it was time to go and guided you to Chan's infamous party, your stomach was turning from the nervousness of showing up, since you knew how extroverted you got when alcohol's effects hit you.
Luckily, once you arrived at the party you visibly relaxed when you saw a sea of familiar faces, you knew almost all the people there thanks to Felix, who was a magnet to everyone who learned his name.
Sadly, he left you alone after bringing you a drink, saying he would find Chan and thank him for inviting the two of you there. You were left alone sitting on the counter top of the kitchen with a red cup on your hand.
A tap on your shoulder surprised you, making you jump and look at whoever had scared you only to find a giggly Hyunjin, his eyes hidden behind the enchanting smile that had you blushing in mere seconds.
"I didn't know you were coming until I saw you arriving with Felix!" he exclaimed, trying to be heard over the music. You shrugged, not knowing how to answer. "That outfit looks amazing on you, by the way. Felix is really lucky to have a girlfriend as pretty as you" he looked you up and down. You couldn't help but laugh at the end of his sentence.
"I'm not his girlfriend, oh God, Hyunjin, that was a good one!" you kept laughing, placing a hand on his arm. His facade changed to a more relaxed one and he allowed himself to laugh with you. You didn't miss how relieved he looked when he heard that you and Felix weren't a thing.
Hyunjin stayed by your side, the two of you laughing and fooling around for most of the night, you refilling your cup from time to time to allow your drunk self to bloom and make you less shy slowly worked completely, because at some point you had the courage to ask him if he wanted to dance and when he nodded you practically dragged him with all the other bodies pressed together and you took the opportunity to get handsy with him.
But it didn't last for long, after maybe two or three songs Hyunjin pulled you by the arm and took you to the kitchen to take a drink for himself. He wasn't as drunk as you, but the blush on his face made it clear that he wasn't as sober as the people who were in charge of driving, like a redhead who was hugging a crying girl in the corner of the room or a guy who was trying to control his drunk girlfriend.
You filled your cup again, chugging it quickly and cleaning your chin from what escaped the container and dripped down your mouth. That was when Hyunjin decided that he would take you home.
"But I don't wanna go!" you whined, trying to grab anything to help you stay in place. You ended up grabbing an arm, and the person who it belonged to was none other than Felix. That little demon.
"Oh, you're taking her home for me? Thank you so much, Hyunjin! Please make sure she drinks water before sleeping" he laughed, walking with you and your crush to the front door. "See you later, Y/N!" Felix sang, his alcohol breath hitting your face. He waved goodbye at you and the taller man.
It was a little cold outside, but you couldn't feel it from how intoxicated you were. What you could feel were how much your feet were hurting with those heels, so you stopped walking and sat on the floor, taking them off. In a right state of mind, you would be surprised about how long you lasted wearing them.
"Jinnie" you said, trying to get his attention. He stopped walking and turned at you, laughing when he saw you on the floor. "My feet hurt, Jinnie! Can you carry me?" you pouted, trying your best to stand up without falling.
"Ohh Y/N! You look so cute, I'll carry you. Stay stillâŚ" he tried his best, battling with you until you were on his back, heels in your hand and he continued walking the familiar way to where his sister resided with you.
Your cheek was on his shoulder, and you tried to keep your eyes open but knowing that Hyubjin was giving you a piggyback felt too much like a dream, your mind was foggy and you couldn't tell what was real and what was a fantasy.
"You're very handsome, Jinnie" you whispered, your hand falling from his shoulder to his chest. You sighed, enjoying the moment. "I'd give anything to be with you, you know? I really like you" you mumbled again. Under you, Hyunjin felt how his heart almost stopped. But you were drunk, you probably didn't know what you were saying.
"We're almost home, Y/N, hold tight, doll" and he was right, because after some minutes you were in the comfort of your room, heels thrown somewhere on the floor and you lying on your bed while he was pouring you some water to drink.
"I don't wanna sleep like this!" you cried out, drinking all the water Hyunjin had handed you.
He was sitting on the bed, his eyes focused on you as you started to undress in front of him without a care in the world.
"Fuck, Y/NâŚ" he muttered under his breath. It had been one thing seeing you wearing that outfit, but now that he was looking at what you had underneath a boner had become a major problem.
You were drunk, he was drunk. His brain wasn't thinking clear, so he abruptly made your turn, taking your lips with his and kissing you passionately. You tasted like that cheap alcohol that you two had been drinking, but you also tasted like heaven. He groaned when he separated from you, looking at your eyes with a dark spark in his own orbs.
"You don't know⌠How long I wanted to do that, Y/N" Hyunjin said, leaning in to kiss the corner of your lips. This time, you moved so he would kiss you again, and he smiled against your lips when he realized that you wanted him to kiss you as well, doing just that.
You walked towards your bed, making Hyunjin fall on it and you got on top of him, legs on each side of him grinding on his erection and kissing his chin, then going down on his skin. His hands holding you by your hips and separating from you. He sat straight, stopping your movements.
"Y/N, doll, do you really want this?" he asked, breathless. You answered by grinding your hips again, a tiny moan leaving your parted lips, your hands resting on his broad shoulders.
"Please, Hyunjin, I want it so bad, I need you so badâŚ" you whined, your hips continuing to circle against him for friction. "Please fuck me, please, I want you, Hyunjin" you cried out to him. All the autocontrol Hyunjin had left in him disappeared when you said his name in the most sinful of ways. He had been with a few girls before, but none of them managed to make him feel this turned on.
Carefully, Hyunjin flipped you so he was the one on top of you, him controlling the movements of his hips around you. He took off his shirt, staring at you so helpless under him⌠He couldn't resist the need to kiss you as best as his drunk brain allowed him, then he remembered something important.
"Do you have any condoms, doll? We can't do this if we don't use protection, beautiful" Hyunjin's honey-like voice asked, the pet names caught you unguarded. You pointed at the drawer of your nightstand, hiding your face behind your hands. He moved to stand up, moment later the sound of packaging opening made you peek from behind your fingers, looking how we wrapped his erect member with the condom and then returned to his place between your legs.
He teased your entrance, rubbing your ckit with the tip of his cock making you cry in need. He was holding you in place to keep you from taking him all in quickly, enjoying how he was torturing you.
"Hyunjin⌠please just fuck me" you complained, looking at him with teary eyes.
âShh, donât worry, Iâll take very good care of you, doll" you heard him whisper as he slowly let himself slide into you. The initial stretch of his member inside you made you gasp, the delicious sensation of being filled made you roll your eyes, your hands tugging the blankets under you, your breast jumping from Hyunjin's movements against you.
One of his hands snaked in your torso, stopping when it reached your bra. His large hand squeezed your boob, then freed it from the fabric keeping it in place, his thumb and index finger pinching it, making you turn in pleasure. His pace was slow, but enough to make you feel satisfied.
"Can you play with your boobs for me, doll? Be a good girl and do it, won't you?" you nodded, following his order and taking off your bra completely. The pad of your fingers played with your nipples while the hand that was once where yours currently were now focused on rubbing your clit.
Your walls started to clench around Hyunjin's cock, your breathing too irregular as a consequence of all the pleasure you were receiving from multiple stimulation points, and without being able to warn him, you came undone, screaming Hyunjin's name and shaking under him.
It didn't take long for him to find his release as well, slamming into you even through your orgasm. Once he was finally done, he collapsed on top of you, careful to not crush you with his weight. He rolled to the side, taking out the used condom and throwing it to the trash bin inside your room.
The two of you were panting, and without realizing, you fell asleep, the last thing you heard was Hyunjin standing up looking for his clothes.
The annoying rays of sunshine that managed to slip through your curtains made you come to the real world in no time. You were starting to feel a headache, when suddenly the realization of having another body in your bed made you open your eyes and take in your surroundings more carefully, the hand resting on your naked torso belonged to none other than Hwang Hyunjin.
The handsome Hwang Hyunjin who was now lying awake from the movements you created. It took him some effort to open his eyes, but when he finally took in your morning firm he smiled gently.
"Good morning, doll" he sounded even more charming with his morning, raspy voice. But it was the last word that got your attention. Vague memories from last night flooded your mine, and with a blush, you answered him.
"Good morning, beautiful."

true beauty.
THIS DRAMA WAS UN-EXPECTANT. HILARIOUS. CUTE. AND PRECIOUS. we got cha eunwoo, our bae. with our newest bestest boy, hwang in-yeop. and our queen, mun ka-young. what else would one need in a drama?! i was excited when they announced the creation of this drama, because like so many of us i love the webtoon. that is overlooking the faults of the basis of the theme with shallow standards of beauty, it is great. and i love our characters. i especially love how the writers of the drama utilized the great structures of the webtoonâs characters and created another world. i rate it a 10 out of 10.
we follow our leading lady im ju-kyung as she overcomes bullying at her old school for being âuglyâ. she was cast out and a âdumpling runnerâ, running around for the group of bullies. she finds a passion for makeup and masters it, becoming a new person with a ânew faceâ after putting it on. she starts life at a new school with her new face. she stumbles into an old place of comfort without her new face, the comic book store, and runs into the school prince, lee suho. this ensues with a bout of lying; unsuccessfully, because suho knows that she is the same im ju-kyung that started at his school. he protects her secret, and it leads their relationship to grow closer. we follow them through their years at high school, as she hides her face and later hiding their relationship from their classmates. this drama continues to follow them through their young adult years.Â
now on to the spoilersâŚ
overall, once again i must always state that i donât love it when they take this shallow perspective and over dramatize the conventional aspects of beauty. im ju-kyung, who is supposedly not conventionally beautiful and they dramatize her redness and pimples, etc. she does all these wild things to hide her true identity from those around her at school. thankfully the writers did not try to pull that âoh my goodness, i didnât know that was you under the makeupâ game because our suho is not a shallow cookie and looks below the surface. because that game is ridiculous and i would have died. i am thankful the ending that this drama took, because i was nervous especially at the start that it was going to go the duration of the show with no-one knowing her true face, like the webtoon. thankfully we had a character revelation unfortunately not on her own timing. but she had grown as a person and had a team of people behind her allowing her to shine and overcome. we love character development. itâs great. it makes my heart happy. we started the drama with her completely swallowed whole by the perception that she wanted to portray to those around her, not showing her true beauty. because she was a beautiful person who wanted to protect those around her, and once she let go of this facade and mask she was able to fully be the person she was destined to be.
i loved suhoâs character in this. he had so many layers and i love that they didnât make it like the webtoon in this aspect. i love how their relationship started in the comic store and ended there. he grew so much, and became livelier because he knew im ju-kyung. his character was so stoic and overcome with sadness at the start. his best friend committed suicide and he blamed himself for this, which was completely out of his control. im ju-kyung showed him that it was not his fault and they came to protect one another. also love how the writers had him pursue music producing at the end, and even produced for seo-junâs debut. he was such a great son, after him and his father finally reconnected and then he suffered a stroke, crazy! suho went to the states to care for his father. definitely lost in this, he broke up with ju-kyung as to not hold her back, which was silly and even though he was across the world they could have made it work. theyâd been through so much worse, but thatâs for another drama universe.
han seo-jun our brooding character with a light personality just beneath the surface. i loved seeing his character at home and with his crew, compared to walking through the school halls. (hello, âokey dokey yoâ). his character always fiercely protected those around him and i just love seo-jun. i love that he came to pursue his career as an idol, and ended up debuting at the end. he worked so hard and deserved the world and more. and i have to say i hate the second male lead dramas, because they break my heart. he changed so much because im ju-kyungâs character grew him and challenged him in new ways. i knew seo-jun would not get the girl. i knew this from the start. did that stop me from loving his character? no. no, it didnât. did it stop me from cheering for him, even though i loved suho? no. so who ends up heartbroken in the end with him? me. i do. so here i am weeks after the finale, thinking about how seo-jun told ju-kyung that suho was leaving for the states to send her running after another guy, and ultimately bringing the two of them together. thinking about all those years suho was in the states, when seo-jun treasured their friendship and was with her quietly supporting her in her dreams, for her to ultimately leave for suho. sad. thatâs what it is, the definition of sadness. and goodness gracious where is my seo-jun? i will love you and treasure you honey. you do not need ju-kyung, i got you boo.
i must add that hwang in-yeop can show up in my life any day, and i will graciously stop everything and marry this man. i love all of his dramas thus far, his character from the interviews iâve seen, i love him. he is a favorite. i am expectant for the upcoming dramas he will surely steal the show in. Â
the friendship between seo-jun and suho was so multifaceted. i love how we saw how their relationship was before when they were a trio, and then the brokenness when seo-jun blamed suho, to then seeing them come together because they realized they both cut one another off when they should have leaned on one another instead. it was sweet and i loved their bromance moments. they truly stole the show away. it was hilarious and fun with them together. and i appreciate that the relationship between suho and ju-kyung didnât break the two apart in the end. Â
i need to make note how much i love im ju-kyungâs family. like her siblings were iconic. her sister im hee-kyung and her relationship with eui-sik, the homeroom teacher. ICONIC. and im ju-young, her brother, and his precious attempts at winning seojunâs sisterâs heart. PRECIOUS. i would 10 out of 10 watch a spin off with the focus on these characters. i loved when ju-kyungâs mom realized all the trauma that her daughter endured how she went to mending the broken pieces to rebuild their relationship. and i love how sweet her dad was, always encouraging her dreams. and i love how they all wanted the best for her, and supported her dreams of becoming a makeup artist.Â
i am so sad that whenever we get a great friendship between our leading ladies they end up in awful relations at some point in the drama. our kang soo-jin and im ju-kyung were the best of friends. she even found out about ju-kyungâs secret and protected her to get back to the tent when they were on the trip. and then when ju-kyung started to date suho, soo-jin got everything twisted. i appreciate how suho let her know that no matter the situation he would not have ended up with her, because he didnât see her in that way. and i loved the seo-jun put her in her place and confronted her for posting the photos of im ju-kyung online. i am thankful that we had the revelation for soo-jinâs character and came back to apologize to ju-kyung in the end. it was sweet and genuine. she came to see why she was like the way she was, grew from it, and apologized for her past behaviors.Â
i love how suho and ju-kyungâs worldâs connected. from the comic book store, to high school, to her sister working at his fatherâs music agency. it was complete destiny that they ended up together. i love a good âit is destiny, it was meant to be'.Â
the webtoon drama inception was REAL. i loved that they added those little easter eggs throughout the drama with the little connections to âextraordinary youâ. i loved it.Â
favorite moments.Â
the flashback comic book store scenes.Â
the games at the camping trip.
roar...like any and all instances of this. precious.Â
ju-kyung confessing that she liked suho to seo-jun, and crushing my team seojun heart.
suho and ju-kyungâs first kiss.
suho daring to hand ju-kyung a cup in the elevator. ă
ă
ă
seojun and suho fighting over making the best dumplings at ju-kyungâs house.
seojun showing up to help his sister, and im ju-young getting so excited that han seojun came to save the day.Â
im ju-kyung sticking up for herself against her new and old school bullies. like the legit fist fight and then the one when she stood up for suho. when they came for her man she was like âheck no, not today honeyâ.
seojun and suho at the hospital and having to care for each other to complete daily tasks. really brought them together again. > also this accident was super dramatic. but we love that everything was chill in the end.Â
im ju-young being traumatized by his eldest sister kissing her boyfriend, and then encouraging ju-kyung and suho to kiss.
tteokbokki between seo-jun and ju-kyung.
âokey dokey yoâ...ICONIC to say the least.Â

Hyunjin as your older brother AU đâ¨

genre: fluff
word count: 2.2k
warnings: swearing
Disclaimer: I do not personally know Hyunjin. This work is purely fiction and my own idea. I took inspiration from his on screen persona. Please do not translate or re-upload my work.
â Let's start with you as babies.
â Hyunjin wasnât too bothered with the idea of having a sibling.
â When your parents first broke the news to him, he was pretty indifferent.
â Your parents honestly thought heâd throw a tantrum or something but indifference was something they didnât have in mind.Â
â They slowly tried warming up to the idea of having a younger sibling to him, things like protecting them, taking care of them, sharing things with them etc.
â He wasnât too keen on sharing.Â
â Your parents diverted his mind from that thinking theyâd deal with it later when it came to that in the future.Â
â Initially Hyunjin would be nonchalant but once he saw how invested your parents were for your arrival- creating a nursery, making baby clothes, buying baby stuff etc. Hyunjin slowly got more curious.Â
â Yâall know how his unnerving stare is, heâd just stare wide eyed in blatant curiousity at his parents preparing things.Â
â Heâd look at his mum eating weird things to satisfy her pregnancy cravings with disgust and sometimes mild curiousity.Â
â âWhy are you eating *insert craving*?â heâd ask. âBaby likes them.â your mum would say. "Oh. Baby's weird."
â That would make her laugh.
â Days pass by and finally the third trimester arrives. The baby is healthy and kicking.
â The fam was watching tv one fine evening when your mum felt a kick and gasped. Both dad and son jump up "What's wrong?"
â "Thebabykicked!" she said quickly in a word vomit. "What?" "THE BABY JUST KICKED!"
â *cue the freaking out*
â She grabbed Hyunjin's tiny hand and pressed it against her big bump when Hyunjin gasped in shock. "WOAH! BABY REALLY KICKED MUM!"
â "You were like that too, son." your dad would tell him. "I was?" he'd ask and point to himself and both your parents hummed in agreement.
â "You should talk to baby more, I'm sure baby can hear you." your mum told him as she ruffled his hair. "Okay mum."
â Thus, in random times he'd say things like "Come quickly." "I can't wait to see you." "I'm eating *insert food*, I think you'll like it but you have to come quick."
â Occasionally, he'd cuddle with your mum and rub her belly with lotion or body oil and he'd feel another kick which resulted in the room filling up with giggles.
â "Stop kicking mum so much, you'll hurt her." he'd scold. "It's okay baby. I'll be fine." your mum would say.
â Finally, the time for your birth came. Hyunjin was somewhat calm but inside he was all sorts of jittery with nervous excitement.
â After your parents had a moment with newborn you, Hyunjin was lifted up on the bed by your dad.
â The entire time he was quiet but wide eyed in barely concealed curiousity.
â Your mum gently placed you in his arms and your dad supported his arms so you were held securely.
â Hyunjin stared at you. Your eyes were closed. He raised a small hand and stroked your soft cheek and you stirred so he quickly pulled away.
â You opened your eyes into uneven slits and yawned and he smiled. "Cute hehe."
â He stroked your cheek again and your even tinier hand grabbed his finger. He gently shook your hand and rocked you in his arms.
â Hyunjin vowed he'd protect his new sibling. "Heâs/sheâs so small." he couldn't help but wonder out loud. "They grow quickly." your dad said.
â Fast forward, you were growing, and soon you started to babble and crawl.
â Hyunjin would always be keeping an eye on you.
â As all babies do, you had a habit of putting everything in your mouth. Everything.
â "NO Y/N DON'T EAT THAT." he exclaimed as you were about to put some sort of scum you found on the floor from your crawling adventure in your mouth
â He'd scream suddenly graced with the scene of you playing with the toilet water.
â Since you have the tendency to put everything in your mouth. He took a sour candy and handed it to you.
â You stared at the small, weird, colourful thing. He waited for you to do something.
â You put it in your mouth, grimaced heavily, dropped it from your mouth and frowned.
â Hyunjin had the time of his life and his stomach hurt from laughing so much.
â He'd walk and do things, you'd always follow him.
â He tried teaching you how to walk. Standing with you at arm's length as he held your shoulders.
â You took quite a few tumbles but he was there to catch you and cushion your fall.
â Then he took a different approach and stood behind you as he held your shoulders while you walked.
â Slowly with help from Hyunjin and your parents you learned to walk. Now the following became easier.
â If he went left, you went left. If he went right, you went right, if he ran then you ran. Then you'd stumble, fall and cry but Hyunjin would laugh and help you stand up.
â Soon, you learned how to climb and it was chaos everyday which made your parents exasperated and Hyunjin want to pull his hair out.
â "Y/N GET DOWN FROM THERE. THAT'S DANGEROUS!" as if you understood what he was saying. You giggled gleefully.
â Once your mum cut your hair. It was so bad. Hyunjin cried because you looked ugly.Â
â Which made you cry.
â Both of you were crying. âMUM WHAT DID YOU DO TO Y/NâS HAIR?â
â Youâd bother him when he was doing something wanting to be involved. He could be playing a game and youâd grab at him to get his attention. âY/n stop!â heâd grumble.
â this is a true story. My mum cut my hair when I was like 1 and my older brother cried because it was so bad and I cried too
â Fast forward, you two are older but youâre still a smol child.
â You two played hide and seek. You picked the most obvious places to find.
â Hyunjin definitely knew where you were hiding because you always chose the same 3 spots but he'd pretend not to know.
â Just so he could jumpscare you. *cue the Hyunjin HEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHE laugh
â TICKLE FIGHTS!!!!
â Once Hyunjin was playing games. You went to him because your mum told you to go play for an hour. Hyunjin said no. âMUM HYUNJIN WONâT LET ME PLAY!â âY/n you can play later. Itâs okay.â Hyunjin has a smug look.Â
â Hyunjin reaches to grab the remote to watch tv, you snatch it before he could. âPlease let me watch!â heâd ask. âYou didnât let me play before, Iâm not giving up the remote.â you say and hug the remote to your chest.Â
â âYou can go play now.â he put an innocent face. âNo.â you refused. âWhat if I let you play tomorrow?â he asked but you didnât budge. He did this way too many times. âHow about I get you your favourite candy and you can play tomorrow?âÂ
â âHow do I know youâre not lying?â you interrogated. âI promise.â he said. You mulled it over for a while. âFine.â you toss the remote and rush to play your game.Â
â Next time you were watching tv, Hyunjin didnât let you play again. This time you were watching your favourite program.Â
â He snatched the remote and changed the channel. âHEY I WAS WATCHING THAT! GIVE IT BACK!â Of course he raised it out of your reach, âIâm watching now.âÂ
â âIf you wonât let me watch then you canât either.â youâd move and block the tvâs receiver. Heâd chastise you, âY/n go away or else.âÂ
â âIâm telling mum.â you marched. âOKAY FINE HEREâ heâd exclaim and give you the remote.
â He loved teasing you. As a kid you were a picky eater. Hyunjin didnât complain as much as you, of course because heâs more mature.
â âY/n you should eat your vegetables. Carrots are good for your eyesight. You donât want to start wearing glasses now do you?â your mum would lecture you.
â âYeah y/n, be like me. I have good eyesight. You watch too much tv as well. Thatâs not good.â heâd snicker and youâd glare at him. âYou play games all day which is worse.â
â âHwang Hyunjin, is that true? You should be studying more.â your dad would start lecturing him and Hyunjin would glare at you for that while you smiled triumphantly.
â Lowkey bullied you by calling you nicknames.Â
â Heâd ruffle your hair playfully but 9/10 times it was annoying for you.
â You two would wake up together early morning on the weekends to watch morning cartoons.
â Cuddle together under the same blanket until you fell asleep again because you woke up very early.
â Heâd stand innocently somewhere, you would walk past him and heâd either pull your hair from behind or push you. âHEY!â
â He was probably the one who told you some childhood fantasy is a lie. Like the tooth fairy is not real. âOops.â
â Fast forward youâre tweens/teens/young adults
â Hyunjin was tolerable but still annoying, as expected of a big brother.
â One of his tics were hogging the bathroom for long periods of time.
â It got worse because he hit puberty and now heâs OBSESSED with his hair.
â Youâre going to the bathroom to freshen up, itâs the morning, you have school and he intercepts you quickly and locks the door. â5 minutes y/n!â You bang on the door, âHYUNJIN GET OUT! IâM GONNA BE LATE!â
â You need to pee, heâs already in the bathroom. âHYUNJIN GET OUT I NEED TO PEE REALLY BAD! PLEASE!â
â He steals your charger. âWhatâs your percentage at Hyunjin?â âI canât find my charger, but mineâs at 76%.â âWHAT THE HELL GIMME MY CHARGER MY PHONEâS AT 23%â
â Youâre chilling in your room. He barges in without knocking.
â âCanât you knock?â you sigh.
â âWhich shirt should I wear?â You choose one. âOkay thanks.â he says and leaves without closing the door.
â âHYUNJIN CLOSE THE DOOR!â
â He barges in without knocking to tell you something. He leaves but not before grabbing something closest to him and throwing it at your face.
â And once again, he leaves without closing the door. âHYUNJIN CLOSE THE DAMN DOOR!â havenât you ever heard of closing the damn door nOOO
â Youâre sleeping. He sneaks into your room. Plays something really loud. You fall off the bed. He bursts out laughing, clutching his stomach. âHYUNJIN IâM GOING TO KILL YOU!â
â He shakes a soda can. You walk in. âHey y/n you want this?â You shrug, âYeah sure.â You take it from him and open the can.
â PSSSSSHHHHH
â And youâre sprayed in sticky liquid, itâs up your nose and your eyes.
â You get him back of course. Spray some shaving cream on his face and his outstretched hand. Phone recording in hand. âY/N!â
â You undo some of the stitches in his pants while he was in the shower.
â He went out wearing them. He bent over.Â
â RRIIIIIIPPP
â The thing is he has no idea youâre the reason his pants are torn from his ass.
â Since fashion is subjective these days, you two share clothes but mostly you borrowing his.
â You sneakily use his perfume/deodorant stash.Â
â Heâs having cereal. âCan you pass me the box?â you politely ask. âHm oh yeah sure.â he hands it to you after he finishes pouring then walks off.
â You tip the box and only a handful of cereal bits fall out.
â âThink fast!â *throws bottle* and you fail to catch it.
â You two take a lot of photos. You take good photos of him and he takes good photos of you. Neither of you half ass this. Photography is serious business.
â Whatâs annoying is that he takes photos with your phone and then tells you to send them to him afterwards.
â âTake photos with your OWN PHONE!â
â You two dance together at home. Your parents bought just dance for your birthday. And you two have dance battles together.
â You two made tiktok videos together.
â Itâs mostly goofing off though. Hyunjin is always laughing his ass off. *cue HEHEHEHEHEHEHE*
â He had a habit of teasing you with embarrassing childhood stories.Â
â âI remember when you were drinking out of the toilet.â he would burst out laughing.
â âYeah well I remember when you nearly shit your pants because of getting your tooth pulled out.â you retorted.
â âOh really?â heâd stand tall and menacing. You pulled a Naruto. âY/N GET OVER HERE!â
â Despite the constant bickering and small *cough* pranks, he was still a reliable brother.Â
â You knew heâd have your back no matter what and he knew you would do the same for him.
â He was always looking out for you even if that may not seem like it.
â There was never a dull moment in your house because of you two acting like cat and mouse.Â
â Heâd sometimes say comforting things when things got too hard for you, if he had nothing to say, his shoulder was free to cry on.
â But thatâs something youâd never change. Yet.

waste it on me | part 23
(text under image + more images under text + more text under images + one more imageđ¤Łđ)

You felt somewhat awkward sitting next to Jungkook. Everything went well the other night but you canât help feeling like he just did that because he wanted to give you one last memory of him before you never see him again. But I guess you canât beat fate. Or Jin. Maybe you should thank him? For playing as fate and bringing you and Jungkook together again.Â
The flight time was just over an hour, maybe you can just sleep the whole time to avoid any awkward tension between you two. You wiggle in your seat, trying to be comfortable. Slowly, you close your eyes.
A minute or so passed when you heard Jungkookâs surprised voice. âOh! Youâre going to sleep, didnât you just wake up not too long ago?â You pop open one eye, side eyeing him.Â
âIâm just excited for the proposal,â you whisper, âsleeping will help pass time much faster.â Again, you close your eyes.
âBut talking to each other will help time fly by faster, donât you think?â You let out a sigh.
âJungkook didnât we say everything we needed to say the day you were supposed to leave?â
Jungkook frowns at your response. âWhy do you seem so mad at me, didnât we have a good time that day?â He says in a pout.Â
âNothing, Iâm just sleepy,â you say, shutting your eyes tighter. Jungkook scoffs.
âLiar,â he mumbles underneath his breath. Suddenly, you open both eyes, turning to him quickly.
âI heard that,â you tell him, he smiles at you instead. An annoying smile.
âGood, so youâre awake then.â You groan, dropping your head in your seat. âYn,â Jungkook starts. âI know you were waiting for me to ask you out that night.â You turn in your seat, facing the window of the plane.
âIf you knew, then why didnât you..â
âI wanted to ask my mom for advice first. I was going to ask you on my last day, but since we canceled the flight for this trip and my days with you are extended, plan B was to ask you in an extra special way since weâll be in Jeju. But⌠I guess I have to cancel that too since Iâm telling you everything before we even get there,â he answers with a sigh. You turn around to face him.Â
âIâll pretend like I didnât hear anything you just said,â you tell him, making him laugh.Â
âAlright. But stop being all pouty and just talk to meee~â He whines, grabbing hold of your hand. Sighing, you finally gave in.
âFine, Iâll stay awake for you,â you say, intertwining your hand with his.Â
***
âHow long have they been in there?â Jimin whispers. The eight of you were hiding behind a bush and some trees outside the Airbnb that you ten will be staying at. Waiting for Jinâs cue. The plan was that theyâll be going in first to drop off their things, freshen up, and get ready for the beach. Once they leave for the beach, heâll âaccidentallyâ drop the key. Then the group can go ahead and go in and get ready themselves.Â
âItâs been like.. 10 minutes?â Hobi whispers.Â
âThey better hurry because I reeeaallllyyy gotta pee,â Taehyung whines, crossing his leg as he holds onto the tree.Â
âJust pee on the tree,â Jungkook whispers. You and Miya both look at him with a disgusted expression. âNevermind, dumb idea.â
About 10 more minutes have passed when they hear footsteps drawing near. Taehyung was sitting on the floor with his head in his knees, trying to concentrate. Still not having the chance to use the restroom.Â
âI think theyâre coming,'' Yoongi says, crouching down. Everyone dropped to the floor as they saw Jin step out of the door. He makes eye contact with one of you, winking before Miyeon comes out of the house.Â
âAhh~ Iâm so excited. I canât believe this is the first time weâre having a picnic date at the beach. All alone, just the two of us,â Miyeon smiles, tippy toeing to kiss Jinâs cheek. Jin smiles at her, wrapping an arm around her waist and leading her away from the door. Dropping the keys at the same time.Â
*cling!*Â
Jinâs eyes widened a bit as he heard the keys drop. Knowing for sure that Miyeon heard it too.
âAcCHOO!â Jin yells in an attempt to mask the sound of the keys.
âOh-- are you okay?â Miyeon asks, stopping to make sure Jin was okay.
âNo no no, letâs keep walking, Iâm fine,â Jin says, pushing Miyeon slightly to walk a bit faster. She furrows her brows at him, but ignores his weird act instead. She was starving and she couldnât wait to feel the sand in her toes.
As soon as they got in the rental car, Taehyung got up faster than lightning, picking up the keys from the floor on the way. He fiddles with the keys in the lock.Â
âAISH,â he yells in frustration.
âHey stupid. If you were paying any attention, you wouldâve noticed that hyung didnât even lock the door,â Namjoon says, twisting the door knob and pushing it open. Taehyung didnât have time to argue back, he immediately ran to find the bathroom.Â
âAlright, letâs get ready so that we can stalk the beautiful couple!!â you scream as you run to an empty room.
âWow, thereâs a lot of rooms,â Miya says. âHow can my sister not be suspicious of this?â She says sarcastically as she walks down a hallway full of doors.
***
âThatâs them,â you whisper, zooming into the couple with your camera. You were pretty far from them, so thereâs no way Miyeon couldâve seen you. You felt like a creep, as you took pictures of them from afar.Â
âAre you getting good shots of them?â You say into the mic of your earphones. You were on a call with Jungkook and Taehyung. The three of you being the camera crew for this proposal.
âYes, Jin hyung just did the signal,â Taehyung says. He was closer to them, hiding under a large umbrella. Jinâs signal was putting a flower in Miyeonâs hair. This meant he was about to do the actual proposing part of the proposal.Â
You and Jungkook were on opposite sides but you two began to get closer. Jungkook was taking videos and you were taking photos. Taehyung was doing both.Â
Jin sighs, reaching out for Miyeonâs hands. The two have been sitting and eating, chatting the day away on this beach for a few hours. Jin wanted to propose at sunset. In the meantime, the rest of the group just ate and talked, doing little things to make the time fly by a little faster. The group may have waited a few hours, but Miyeon has been waiting for over 10 years. It was finally time.Â
âRemember in high school, our first anniversary, we already planned our whole future. What to name our kids, where weâll live, where weâll get married, where you wanted to get engaged..â He started. You could see the exact moment when Miyeon realized where this was leading. Her heart skipped a beat.
âOur first anniversary you said you wanted to get proposed to in Jeju because it was your favorite place to go with your family. Our third anniversary you said you wanted to be proposed to in private, where it was just us and no one around. Our fifth anniversary you said a picnic date would be a cute way to have a private proposal. Then on our tenth you said, I changed my mind. The beach during sunset sounds better. Then three days ago, when we had our early anniversary date, you said, you know what, screw everything I said before. I donât care where you propose as long as youâre the one doing the proposing. After all these years, it was set in stone that I was the one you wanted to marry,â Jin says, he smiles at Miyeon, a single tear falling down his eye. Miyeon was already crying too, she giggled as she brought her hand up to wipe away the tears. You couldnât hear them from where you were taking the pictures but you were already tearing up. Your view of the couple through your camera lens was starting to look blurry from your unshed tears.
âIâm sorry I made you wait so long, but before we promise for forever, I wanted to make sure you can handle me for as long as you already have,â Jin laughs. âWe watched each other grow up, Iâve seen you at your worst and at your best, through thick and thin, and you were there for mine. Our families are so close with each other that at times I feel like weâre already married. Itâs just that we donât go back home to the same place.â Jin takes a shaky breath, getting up on one knee, he takes out a small box from his pocket. âI literally have been waiting to do this all my life, and I know you have too. Hwang Miyeon, I love you with all I am. Will you marry me?â
Miyeon didnât have to say anything. She just smashed her lips against Jinâs.Â
âWas that a yes?â Jin asks when she pulls away. Miyeon laughs, more tears falling down her face.
âAre you an idiot?â
âI need you to say it though, or else Iâm not taking this ring out of the box and I can return it if you donât say yes.â Jin jokes, looking down at the ring.
âYes yes yes! yES, I say yes,â Miyeon says quickly, throwing Jin into a fit of uncontrollable laughter. âShut up,â Miyeon says, shoving his shoulder. âDonât make me wait any longer,â she jokes. Jin stops laughing and quickly takes the ring out of the box to place it on her ring finger.Â
âSorry, itâs my first time proposing,â Jin says, rubbing his thumb over the ring.
âI canât believe you remember everything I wanted for this proposal,â Miyeon says as she admires her ring.Â
âOf course. I also remember you saying how you wanted it private but you wanted your friends and family to be there,â Jin says. Miyeonâs eyes widens.
âYouâre kidding.â As if on cue, Miya starts running out of nowhere and to the coupleâs picnic blanket. The rest of the boys followed behind her. Miyeon suddenly starts crying even more. Out of happiness of course.Â

Everyone congratulated the newly engaged couple. Everyone that they loved was there for them.Â
âBabe look,â Jin pointed. Two older couples were walking towards them with open arms.
âMom! Dad!â Miyeon yells, getting up to run to her parents.
âWhen did you--â Miya starts, turning to her future brother-in-law before getting up to run to her parents as well.
âAhhh, my sons,â Mrs. Kim says as she is greeted by her three sons who went up to hug her and their dad.Â
You and the four boys stood together and watched, before they turned to hug you as well. The couple introduced the new boys.
âThis is Ynâs boyfriend,â Jin says as he introduces Jungkook to both of their parents. Your eyes widened and Jin notices. âNo?â He says in confusion, but you knew that he was doing it on purpose.
âOld friends,â You correct.Â
âAlmost boyfriend,â Jungkook says after. Miyeon and Miyaâs momâs eyebrows rise at Jungkookâs words. She nods in approval, making you blush.Â
âI guess love is in the air today isnât it?â Mrs. Kim says.Â
âUgh, someone get the disinfectant spray,â Namjoon comments, getting a smack from his mom.Â
âShall we go celebrate now?â Jimin says with a smile. âHyung promised food afterwards,â he says, pointing to Jin.Â
âI apologize for this one,â Hobi says awkwardly. âHeâs always hungry.âÂ
âNo heâs right, it is time to celebrate,â Jin says, looking towards his fiancĂŠe, holding Miyeonâs hand up to his lips.Â
âAlright, letâs go then,â Jimin says, already walking off.Â
âFollow the little guy,â Namjoon says, walking right behind Jimin. Everyone else followed after him, you and Jungkook being the last ones.
âSo when are you going to ask me?â You say to Jungkook with a smirk. He laughs at your question.
âLetâs talk about it after we get some food. Maybe Iâll ask you tomorrow, who knows?â With that he runs ahead to Yoongi. Leaving you alone in the sand.Â
âY-yah! Jeon Jungkook! You made me wait for 10 years and youâre making me wait another day?âÂ

a/n: uhh idk how i feel about this one but hopefully you enjoy it!

you shut your locker door, eyes locked onto your phone screen as you made your way to your first period class. you had been typing a message to your best friend, lily, when you bumped into someone, running straight into the chest of lilyâs older brother, felix.
felix was in the grade above you and lily, making him a senior in high school. felix was friends with 8 other boys, age ranging from sophomores to seniors like himself. they didnât like being referred to as the popular boys, but thatâs what they were. you and lily, on the other hand, were not. the only reason everyone knew your names around school is because of lily being felixâs sister and you being her best friend. otherwise, no one payed attention to you. i mean, you were a junior in high school and you had yet to have a date to a single dance. lily had a boyfriend, but you hadnât ever had one.
you raised your head to apologize to the person you bumped into, changing your plan when you noticed it was felix.
you smiled at him, âwatch where youâre going, dumbass.â
he laughed as you began to walk away, grabbing you by the shoulders and pulling your back to his chest, âwhat? what did you say?â
you laughed, thrashing in his grip, ânothing! never spoke a word in my whole life!â
you broke free from his arms and ran to hide behind one of his friends, changbin.
felix laughed, âoh, come on, y/n, pick someone taller to hide behind! i can see right over changbin!â
changbin abandoned you in the open as he darted forward to playfully hit felix, but was cut off by your best friends voice.
âhey, get your own y/n! this ones mine.â lily pulled you by the arm out of the crowd of her brothers friends. felix and changbin stilled their playful fight, standing up straight to address the new voice.
felix smiled and stepped towards you and his sister, ruffling her hair, âkeep telling yourself y/n likes you more than me, little sis.â
lily did not find his joke funny, huffing as she dragged you away by her grip on your arm and to your shared first period class.
she sat down in the seat beside you and looked at you with a frown on her face, âmy brother and his stupid friends are so annoying, god.â
she buried her face in her hands, resting her head on the desk. you guessed it was just a sibling thing, because you actually found that entire group very entertaining and fun to be around. not to mention that they were all drop dead gorgeous. youâd never tell lily this, but you thought felix was one of the most ethereal people youâd ever seen.
as the time for class to begin came nearer, more people found their way to the classroom. with lily still having her head on the desk, probably having fallen asleep, you had nothing to do but scroll through your phone. just as you were about to pull out your headphones, you heard one of the girls entering the classroom discussing something with her friends.
âthe dance is this weekend already? oh my god, i need to get a dress.â
âreally? i have mine already, wanna see a picture?â
you tuned them out for a while, but didnât put your headphones in. you had forgotten the dance was this saturday. you still werenât sure if you were going or not, to be honest. you were sure that if lily brought her boyfriend youâd be third wheeling the entire time, and there wasnât anyone else you really wanted to spent the dance with.
âhyunjin and felix? how do they not have dates by now?â
at the mention of familiar names, you began to listen in again. you chuckled at their confusion, hyunjin always waited until last minute to get a date. he never really went with anyone as a real date, but he always brought some girl to entertain him for the night, whatever that may include. felix though, you were a bit surprised by. although he hadnât had an official girlfriend since his sophomore year, he nearly always had some girl stuck to his hip. he wasnât a player or a fuckboy, though, he claimed that he had only slept with a few of the girls he had been with. either way, you were sure that both boys would have a date secured by the time saturday rolled around.
the teacher walked into the room as she greeted your class good morning, forcing you to shove the thought of the dance to the back of your mind.
school passed slowly and painfully, but eventually, just as most days, you ended up walking to lilyâs house after school while listening to her complain about something her boyfriend had said.
you reached her front door before she did, testing the knob to see if it was locked. it wasnât, so you pushed the door open and stepped inside, immediately to be greeted by a living room of 9 loud high school boys.
lily stepped in beside you, rolling her eyes, âjesus christ, can we go to your house?â
you turned to her as you shook your head, âmom has clients over.â
lily grumbled as she pushed her way past the boys and into the living room, tossing jisungs jacket off of the couch and replacing it with herself.
you sat your things down by your shoes and followed your best friend to the couch, lifting her legs off of the cushion so you could sit down beside her. not long after, the boys piled their way into the living room as well.
âseriously,â lily began, âcan you guys go to like chans house or something?â
ânope,â felix popped a chip into his mouth, âwe were here first.â
he chuckled as his sister rolled her eyes, making eye contact with you and sending a wink your way, âplus, what if i wanna stay and hang out with y/n?â
lily let out an audible sign of annoyance at that.
âliterally felix, for two seconds, can you stop hitting on my best friend? itâs fucking gross.â
changbin piped up, âhey felix, donât you have a spot open for your date to the formal in a few days?â
lily immediately interrupted, âoh my god, no, not happening.â
you wouldnât be opposed to going to a dance with felix, or even going out with him in any other way. he was good looking and you enjoyed being around him. youâd always had a childish little crush on him since you and lily met back in 6th grade, but you knew lily would never okay the two of you dating, so you never tried to be anything more than friends with the boy.
âwhy not?â continued changbin, âneither of them have a date! itâs perfect!â
lily shook her head, âno. nope. hyunjin doesnât have a date either, does he? why canât she go with him?â
you let out a chuckle, âor felix and jinnie could go together.â
hyunjin leaned forward and shoved you softly as he and everyone else laughed at your joke, âi mean, iâm down if you are.â
you blushed at his words and the soft and warm smile he was sending you. itâs not that you had a crush on him, even, itâs just that one of the most attractive and popular boys in your high school was asking you to a dance and although you assumed it would be as friends, he never said it was.
jisung let out a cheer, âwoah felix, youâve got competition!â
felix laughed at jisungs words, but his eyes didnât smile with him. you didnât have time to think about it before hyunjin was speaking again.
âso, miss y/n, will you go to the formal with me?â
lily clapped excitedly and you looked over to her. she gestured for you to look back at hyunjin, so you did.
âum, sure?â
the boys cheered and shoved hyunjin around and you laughed at their actions.
âlily,â called chan, âdidnât think youâd be so excited about this!â
she laughed, raising her eyebrows in a teasing manner, âanything to keep felix off of her.â
felix chuckled, âwho says this is gonna stop me?â
the rest of the night went normally, all 11 of you blowing off your homework to watch movies huddled together on lily and felixâs couches. lily often said the boys annoyed her, but you knew she enjoyed moments like this more than anything.
after finishing two movies, the sun had set and your curfew was approaching, as well as many of the other boysâ. you all stood up, save lily and felix, and began to get ready to leave.
âhey,â chan called to you as you put your shoes on, âneed a ride? itâs dark out, you shouldnât walk.â
you were about to agree and thank him when felix spoke, âwhy doesnât her new boyfriend give her a ride?â
his words were playful and his tone was light, but when you glanced over to him, his face didnât look like he meant it to be funny. you shrugged it off, he was probably tired.
hyunjin chuckled as he sent a wink your way. you could tell he was enjoying the attention, and you couldnât lie, you were too. you look at him as he pulled his keys from his pocket with a smile, gesturing you to follow him.
you were so wrapped up in the interaction that you barely noticed felix rise from his seat on the couch and head upstairs to his room.
you didnât have any romantic feelings for hyunjin and you doubted he had any for you, but you felt butterflies in your stomach as he took your hand and lead you to his car. you knew he was probably just playing into the fun and enjoying the attention, but you couldnât help but think to yourself that you could fall for him.
the ride home wasnât very long, but hyunjin turned on some music and the two of you sang at the top of your lungs until he pulled into your driveway. you unbuckled youâre seatbelt and stepped out of the car.
âhey, wait, donât i get a goodbye kiss?â hyunjin pouted.
you laughed as you shut the car door, slapping the hood of his car on your way inside while yelling to him.
âoh you wish, hwang!â
you could hear his laugh through the shut car doors, and you laughed to yourself as you entered your house. you found your way to your room and got yourself ready for bed, thoughts of hyunjin and felix on your mind.
you didnât want to get yourself worked up, knowing you and hyunjin were most likely going as friends, but you couldnât help but think that maybe he was what you needed to finally get over felix.
â
the news of hyunjin asking you to the dance was well known by the time you walked into the school. no one approached you and asked about it, but you heard people talking about it as you passed them. some of the comments were supportive and happy, others not so much. you also picked up on the fact that felix had found himself a date since the previous night. he had called her and asked her soon after everyone left his house the night before.
you kneeled down beside your locker as you rummaged through your backpack, trying to get everything to sit in it in a comfortable way that didnât leave the book corners stabbing into your back.
you stood and closed your locker door just as lily and her brother and his friends were heading past you. you raised your hand and waved to them, to which felix took the opportunity to high-five you, interlocking his fingers with yours as your hands fell. you laughed, shaking his hand off of your own, smiling at hyunjin, who was on the other end of the group.
he made his way through the group and to you.
âso,â you began, âword spread fast.â
he chuckled, âyeah, no kidding. i donât even know how everyone found out so quickly, i only told the guys and a few other people.â
you smiled, âlily has a big mouth.â
your conversation was cut short as the bell rang and everyone split ways to head to class.
the rest of the week went similar to that, you and hyunjin didnât interact too much more than usual, other than when people made a point to bring it up and when you were discussing what youâd wear to the dance.
youâd noticed a few times since the night hyunjin asked you to the dance that felixs eyes didnât crinkle every time he laughed at one of hyunjins jokes and he didnât tease you quite as often, but you didnât think too much of it. he had a date to the dance, and probably didnât want to upset her by being flirty with other people, even though everyone knew they werenât anything serious.
when saturday finally rolled around, you went to lilyâs house to get ready. the boys had gathered at chans place, so felix wasnât there to bother the two of you.
you slid the dress over your shoulders, looking at yourself in lilyâs full body mirror. you and hyunjin had settled on blue, a pretty basic color for a high school dance.
lily gasped when she saw the way the dress looked on you, âyou look amazing, oh my god, hyunjins not gonna know what hit him.â
you laughed, but you couldnât help the thought at the back of your head that was asking what felix would think of your get up.
lily put on her dress and had you tie her hair into a tight braided bun before helping you with your own hairstyle. you didnât want to wear too much makeup, settling on just concealer for a few spots, eyeliner and mascara, and lipgloss.
lily was more into makeup than you, and she took a while to do her full face of makeup, but you thought she looked stunning when she finished. some people would say she wore too much makeup, but you loved her creativity and confidence.
on perfect timing, there was a knock on the front door. lily ran downstairs, saying sheâd check if it was her boyfriend or hyunjin. the four of you agreed to meet at lilyâs house and carpool to the dance.
you made your way downstairs and weâre greeted by lilyâs boyfriend, but werenât given much time to introduce yourself to him before hyunjin knocked on the door.
lily let hyunjin inside and went to grab her things from her bedroom before the four of you piled into hyunjins car and headed to the school. you and hyunjin sat in front with lily and her boyfriend in the back seats.
âyou look really nice, y/n.â hyunjin smiled at you from the drivers seat.
you looked him up and down as best as you could in the small car and pretended to be thinking before replying.
âyou look okay, i guess.â
he took one hand off the wheel momentarily to lightly shove you, commenting on how if you kept being mean heâd kick you out of the car and make you walk to the dance in your heels.
hyunjin parked his car in the school parking lot as close to the building as he could. he took the keys out of the ignition and stepped out of his car, jogging around to open your door for you.
you took his hand as he helped you out of his car, waiting for lily and her boyfriend to walk inside. the dance had technically began a few minutes before you arrived, but none of you were too worried, it wasnât anything even close to being as big of a deal as prom was.
the four of you entered the school and walked into the gymnasium that the dance was being held in, your arm secured around hyunjins.
the two of you matched super well considering youâd only agreed to be dates a few days prior. he had a blue tie around his neck that was nearly the same color as your dress with a white button up and black dress pants, complimenting your outfit perfectly.
lily drug her boyfriend off to introduce him to her other friends and hyunjin lead you to where he spotted his friends standing off to the side, ignoring the looks you two got as you made your way across the room.
hyunjin removed his arm from your grip to greet each of the boys with a small hug or a high five, politely introducing himself to their dates and saying hello to the ones he already knew. you did the same, greeting each of the boys and their dates.
âwow,â felix blinked, âyou look really good, y/n.â
you beamed up at him, âthank you! hyunjins lucky he had a tie that matched my dress.â
you chose to ignore the way felix tensed when you mentioned the name of your date, choosing instead to grab his arm along with hyunjins and drag them into the middle of the gym where everyone was dancing. his date as well as few of the others followed and you all laughed and danced for a while.
you were in the middle of chatting with jisungs date, who he had brought from a different school, when the music changed to a slow song. you began to walk off of the dance floor and towards the side, but you didnât get far, as hyunjin caught your hand with his and motioned for you to follow him back to the center of the floor.
he guided your hands to his shoulders before placing his gently on your hips, pulling you so there wasnât much space between the two of you, but still enough to not make you uncomfortable.
you smiled up at him, your cheeks turning red. he chuckled when he noticed.
âwhat? embarrassed?â
you nodded, âlittle bit. no ones ever asked me to slow dance before.â
he smiled, âoh, i get the honors?â
âi suppose you do.â
you locked eyes and his smile began to slowly fall from his face, and before you knew what was happening, his lips were on yours. you tensed in his arms from surprise, letting yourself relax when you comprehended what was happening. he slowly pulled away, scanning your face for discomfort, smiling when he saw none.
the moment was short lived, however. just moments after the sweet interaction, hyunjins eyes locked with something behind you and his smile fell. he removed his hands from your body and rushed in the direction he was looking. you turned around in confusion, seeing him follow felix out of the gym.
worried something had happened, you followed after him and found him and felix talking in an empty part of the hallway. felix noticed you before hyunjin did, stopping in the middle of what he was saying and storming off.
âwhatever hyunjin, thanks a lot.â
you hurried over to hyunjin, placing a hand on his arm as he ran his hands through his hair.
âfuck, iâm sorry, y/n.â
you furrowed youâre eyebrows, âhyunjin? whatâs wrong?â
âi messed up- fuck.â
he saw hurt and confusion flash across your face.
âno, no, no, i donât regret kissing you, i promise. itâs just that i figured since felix didnât intervene when i asked you out the other night and he hadnât said anything to me about us coming here together until now i figured he was finally over you and i could shoot my shot but apparently-â
you cut him off, âhyunjin, slow down, whatâs going on?â
âi like you, y/n, i do, but i canât do this to felix.â
you didnât respond for a moment, taking time to process everything that had happened within the last few minutes. hyunjin kissing you was a big enough shock, but now he was saying felix had feelings for you? that he couldnât be with you because felix wanted to date you? the same lee felix that youâd had a crush on for years and also were strictly forbidden by your best friend to date?
you pulled hyunjins hands from his face, forcing him to look at you, âwhere did felix go?â
âhome, i think. he might still be in the parking lot.â
you grabbed hold of hyunjins hand and ran as fast as you could to the door in heels. you scanned the parking lot for felix and saw him unlocking his car.
âfelix!â
his head snapped up and he watched you and hyunjin make your way to him. he unlocked his car and threw the door open, ready to get in. he locked eyed with hyunjin and scoffed.
âreally, hyunjin? you couldnât just leave it? you had to come rub it in some more?â
he moved to get into his car before you spoke again, âfelix, wait.â
he clenched his jaw as his eyes went from hyunjins to yours. it was hard to believe the same annoying and cuddly felix as always was the same boy standing in front of you with anger filling his eyes.
âi like you.â
a look of confusion flashed over his face and he blinked down at you, âwhat?â
âi like you, felix.â
he slowly removed himself from his car and shut the door, standing in front of you and hyunjin. he looked at hyunjin with a slight frown.
âbut he- you kissed him, though.â
you sighed in frustration, âfelix can you stop talking about him kissing me and do it for yourself?â
you didnât give him time to think, stepping towards him and cupping his face with your hands as you pressed a kiss to his lips. you felt him relax against you, bringing his hands to rest on your waist. he broke the kiss first, pulling away and diverting his eyes to hyunjin, who was trying as hard as possible to keep his eyes focused on anything other than the two of you in front of him.
felix let out a small laugh, âsorry for blowing up, hyunjin.â
âhuh? oh, uh, yeah, itâs alright man. i should probably,â he gestured to the building, âyou know, you kinda left your date alone and... yeah.â
hyunjin hurried back into the school, feeling like he had witnessed a moment that should have been saved for just you and felix.
felix turned his attention back to you, leaning forward and placing another kiss to your lips hesitantly, like he was afraid youâd change your mind and push him away. you felt him smile against your lips as you kissed him back. you walked him backwards until his back was against the side of his car, to which he immediately took you by your shoulders and swapped your positions, so you were pinned in between the car and him. he laughed at the surprised sound you made, kissing you again, rougher this time. he pulled away before getting too carried away, he didnât want to rush things.
âyou know, i was gonna ask you to this dance.â
you smiled, âwhy didnât you?â
âhyunjin. and lily.â
your heart sank, you forgot about lily. what were you going to tell her? you knew how much she hated the idea of you and felix together, even when it was just innocent jokes and harmless flirting. how was she going to react to it being a real thing?
felix noticed the look on your face, bringing his hand to your chin and tilting your head up to face him.
âweâll figure it out.â he kissed you again, âi promise.â
he released you from his arms, telling you to get into the passenger seat.
âweâre going on a date.â
you laughed, ânow?â
he buckled his seatbelt and turned the car on, âwhen else?â
felix drove you to a cafe near the school, having you order whatever you wanted and insisting that heâd fight you if you didnât let him pay.
you and felix sat at the cafe for the rest of the night, talking and having fun. it wasnât uncomfortable, you and felix talked often anyway. the only difference was that you both knew of your feelings for each other. you would have stayed all night, but felixs phone rang with a text from his sister, asking why he wasnât home an hour after the dance ended. he typed a reply that he was with the boys before driving you to your house, kissing you one more time before you went inside.
the next few weeks continued like this, late night dates and keeping your relationship from lily. you planned to tell her eventually, you just needed to figure out how. you didnât end up figuring out a plan of how to tell her, however. she found out before you or felix were ready to tell her.
you were sat with felix in your living room, cuddled into his side as you watched the movie playing on the screen in front of you. lily was supposed to be out with some of her friends, and you had told her you were going to stay home and help your mom prepare for her next clients, even though both of your parents were out for the night.
she believed it, of course. it wasnât uncommon for you to skip social gatherings to stay home, you liked your alone time.
somewhere a few hours into your movie night with felix, the both of you fell asleep with you cuddled into him and his arms secure around you.
you were both woken suddenly by the sound of your front door flying open and lily storming in.
âoh my god, y/n, you wonât believe what-â
she paused when she got to your living room and caught sight of you and felix huddled together under a blanket, not having had time to separate yourselves before she stormed in.
she frowned in confusion, âwhatâs-â
âoh my gosh, lily, iâm sorry, i didnât know you were coming over.â
you frantically separated yourself from felix, but you knew sheâd already seen enough to know what was happening.
âyeah,â her face went from confused to angry, âi texted you.â
âiâm sorry, i didnât see it-â
âobviously not.â she turned to felix, âyouâre such an asshole.â
she moved to leave the room, but felix jumped up from his seat next to you and stepped between her and the exit.
âplease, lily, let us explain.â
she tried to shove past him, âexplain what, felix?â you could hear her voice shaking, she was going to cry. âsheâs my best friend! canât i have one fucking thing without you needing to take it away from me?â
he grabbed her arms, holding her so she would stop trying to get past him. he expected her to fight back harder, but instead she relaxed into his arms and sunk to the floor, tears falling from her eyes.
âyou have so many close friends, felix. i only have y/n.â
âyou have tons of friends lily, what are you talking about?â
âno!â she began to fight against him again, âno, you donât understand, none of them stick with me like y/n does! you have all of the boys to care for you and now you have y/n too. why couldnât you let me have one thing that makes me happy without ruining it?â
you kneeled beside them, placing a hand on lilyâs shoulder, âlily, youâve been my best friend for years, you still are. nothing is going to change that. iâm not leaving you for felix, i promise. i would never leave you.â
she stared at you through teary eyes and a frown, âyou ignored me tonight to hang out with him.â
you sighed, âi know, and iâm sorry. but this is no different than if i was with someone other than felix. no matter who it is, youâre going to have to share me with them.â
she brought a hand to her face and wiped her tears away, and felix loosened his hold on her.
âyeah, but at least if it was someone else i could hang out with you and him. i donât want to see you eating my brothers face 24/7.â
you let out a weak laugh, âwe can agree to keep the PDA on a low, okay? we hang out with the boys a lot anyway, right? it wonât be too much different.â
you smiled when you saw her lips begin to curl upwards, âi guess. just... donât kiss in front of me.â
before you could agree to her conditions, felix leaned forward and placed a quick kiss to your lips, getting up and running out of your living room right after.
you laughed as lily hurried to her feet to chase him, âyou suck, felix!â
you heard him call from somewhere around your house, ânope, y/n does that!â
âiâm going to throw up, oh my god!â

Taejoong held the hilt tightly as he lifted his foot and kicked the soldier away, retrieving his sword. He had lost his helmet some time ago during the fight, and his face was covered in dirt, sweat and blood. The fight had been going for hours, but dusk would soon come and the enemies would fall back to cover themselves from the cold that enveloped the Sierra desert, the biggest in the Bazara exoplanet.Â
The Elgen had done an excellent job at choosing the site of attack, and Taejoong had to congratulate them for their strategy. Their thick, scaly skin provided them protection against the harsh weather, they could easily withstand the sandstorms and fight throughout the day. Their only disadvantage was the cold of the night. However, without a satellite to provide natural light in the darkness and the time they needed for recovery, the humans had been unable to perform a surprise attack at night, when the Elgen were at their weakest point.
Bazara was considerably small for a planet, and mostly consisted of deserts, but under its surface it was bustling with coveted resources. The planet was under the rulership of the Kim Empire, the biggest human made empire in that galaxy and the neighboring ones, which certainly made it the target of other empires and species. This invasion had already been going on for two weeks, but it was not slowing down.
Another soldier lunged forward and Taejoong retreated, earning himself time to activate his shield. He deflected the opponentâs sword by pushing it away and brought his long sword forward, piercing the arm of the Elgen soldier. Taejoong pressed a button on the hilt and electrocuted the enemy, who fell to the ground unconscious. He kept up his guard as he approached the soldier and leaned down to check on his vital signs; he was unconscious but alive, which meant they could take him back to camp and try to obtain information from him.
Taejoong wasnât fond of taking prisoners, but he was less fond of stabbing someone unconscious or leaving them there to die. As he took a look around, he noticed that the rest of Elgen had already retreated, and all that was left was to gather those who were still standing and take the wounded back to camp. His sword shrunk into a dagger and his shield became once again just a gauntlet. When he crouched to pick up the fallen Elgen, he noticed a familiar coat of arms and smiled.
âRight in time!â Taejoong exclaimed, sitting up the Elgen and passing their arm over his shoulders. âTell the others to start gathering our injured and dead, we need to send them back to their home planets and reward them for their service. Night is falling soon so we need to be quick before the sandstorms start and make it impossible to see anything.â
With great effort, he stood up and brought the unconscious soldier with him. Taejoong continued voicing his orders as he turned around and started his way back to camp; maybe if they were fast enough they could change their location to cover the terrain they had just recovered from the Elgen. As he walked away, he felt pain through his back and chest, which spread quickly to the rest of his body. He fell to his knees, and when he looked down, he managed to catch the sword piercing his chest as it pulled back.
â
âWe were too careless!â Yunho screamed as his sword locked with another and he pushed forward to deflect it, retreating once he had succeeded.Â
âWhat are you talking about! Donât you like surprises?â Hongjoong mocked, way too excited for his own good.
He stabbed an Elgen soldier clearly in the stomach before kicking them back. He pivoted on his right leg as his sword became a throwing dagger, attached to his arm firmly by a chain, and threw it towards an enemy that was running to them. The dagger sank onto the Elgenâs shoulder and Hongjoong pressed the button to electrocute them, quickly sending them to the ground. He felt Yunhoâs back press against his and he smiled, of course he could count on his right hand to keep him safe.
âYouâre so boring, dear Lieutenant general, relax a little.â Hongjoong smiled as he retrieved his dagger, turning it into a short-sword.
Yunho huffed. It was so easy for Hongjoong to say that because he wasnât the one taking care of his own back. Yunho couldnât complain though, Hongjoong was vicious in battle, second only to his older brother, almost invincible. And that little part of him that was vulnerable to defeat was what Yunho protected. He wouldnât be able to let Hongjoong get out of his sight if he tried, anyway, so might as well protect him.
The Elgen were tall but thin, and because of their reforced skin the Empire had fortified their weapons in order to make them more effective. Soon enough, Hongjoongâs troop had finished off the battle, and won. They had been inspecting some caves for a new base when the Elgen attacked them. The attack had been unexpected, an ambush, but they had been able to defend themselves and emerge victorious.
âRound up and count the injured!â The lieutenant in charge of the troop ordered and he was answered by a chorus of âyes sir!â. âSir,â Lieutenant Hwang saluted Hongjoong and then Yunho, who saluted back.
âLieutenant,â Hongjoong acknowledged him with a nod. âDo you think there will be enough men to guard this spot so the Elgen canât claim it again?â
âIt is still difficult to say sir, Iâll inform you once the headcount is done.â The lieutenant explained. âThe battle was quite brutal however, and we need to get the injured back to the main camp. We might need to call for reinforcements.âÂ
âAlright, keep me informed.â Hongjoong nodded, but before the man walked away, he stopped him. âGood job on leading your troop through the ambush Lieutenant Hwang, I expected no less.âÂ
The lieutenant saluted before going back to check on his soldiers, and Hongjoong allowed himself to relax for a second. Yunho chuckled next to him, wiping off sweat from his forehead. Hongjoong pushed him softly and shook his head; he looked around to make sure no one was close enough to them before he began talking. Yunho looked at him with a soft smile on his face and listened.
âI know you already know, because heâs your prince-â
âNot more than you are.â Yunho interrupted briefly, causing Hongjoong to blush profusely.
âNot the point!â The General said through gritted teeth. âMy brotherâs birthday is next week and I am so excited for it! I insisted aunt Mira until she taught me how to cook his favorite dishes.â Hongjoong explained, obviously too excited.
Everyone knew that Hongjoong looked up to his brother. Taejoong was his role model and Hongjoongâs favorite person besides Yunho; he had been planning his brotherâs birthday celebration for almost a month, and he talked so much about it it was almost certain his brother knew already. It was difficult to dissuade him of talking about it, though, since it brightened his expression so much.
âYou? Cooking? It should be considered treason, youâll probably poison your brother.â Yunho chuckled, earning himself a punch and a death glare from Hongjoong. Yunho was not deterred by this though, as he grabbed Hongjoongâs arm and pulled him closer, pecking him slightly on the lips.
âDonât do that! Weâre in public.â Hongjoong almost yelled, pushing Yunho away. âAnd my cooking is not that awful.â He crossed his arms. âIs it?â
âOf course not!â Yunho smiled, looking apologetic. âSorry, I didnât mean to make you feel insecure.â Hongjoong shook his head.
âDo you think heâll like his gift?â Hongjoong bit his lip, eyes trained on the floor.
âIâm sure heâll love it.â
â
Taejoong held his hands to his chest, pressuring the wound, dropping the Elgen soldier as he tried to keep the blood from pouring out, but it was impossible. He fell on his side, and looked up when a dirty boot pushed him so he was lying on his back. Pain flooded his body as he felt sand and dirt press into his back injury, and groaned and winced in pain.
His sight became blurry from the mix of tears and agony, and when he looked up, he couldnât quite make the face of the person that stood before him. He knew just by the colors that it was one of his own though. The soldier stabbed the fallen Elgen multiple times before looking back at Taejoong, who had begun to shake uncontrollably.
âWho⌠are you?â He managed to sputter out, coughing blood. The man laughed but didnât reply. âWho sent you⌠why?âÂ
How was no one seeing him bleed out? Surely, someone must have noticed when he had stopped given orders, when he had stopped guiding them. And yet he couldnât hear anyone coming to help him. Taejoong was going to die by the hands of his own soldier, and he couldnât find a reason why.
âHongjoongâŚâ He whispered, because even then he could only think of his youngest brother, fighting his own battles somewhere in that deserted planet. What if he was in danger too? âIâm s-sorryâŚâ His breathing stopped.
âHelp! General Kim has been attacked! Somebody help!âÂ
â
âI promise you he will like your gift!â Yunho insisted, trying to hide his smile. âYouâre literally his favorite person in the Empire, no- in the universe.â
âIâd say Livia is pretty high up there too.â Hongjoong mumbled, making Yunho laugh.
âPrincess Livia is Prince Taejoongâs wife though.â Yunho said with a smile. âItâll be fine.â
As Hongjoong was about to retort, a slider parked outside of the cave they were in and a hurried soldier ran towards them. Her face was livid as she made her way up to Hongjoong, but there was no hesitation in her voice when she gave them the news.
âSir,â she saluted. Her shoulders were strained with tension. âGeneral Kim Taejoong has passed away in combat.â
Hongjoongâs face became pale, and a second later he was running towards the slider. Yunho followed him in a hurry and stopped him right before he mounted, holding him in place. Hongjoong battled in his arms and threw a punch at his face, which Yunho barely avoided. He held him down nonetheless and boarded the slider first.
âIâll drive, before you kill yourself on the way.â Yunho explained.
Hongjoong boarded behind him and held tight. Sliders like this one were made for messengers, one person who needed to deliver a message quickly, and it really wasnât supposed to hold both Yunho and Hongjoong on it. However, Hongjoong wasnât about to be left behind, and Yunho wasnât going to let him drive it, so he would hold on for dear life until they had made it with his brother.
Yunho started up the engine and they bolted out of there. Through their communication network, he asked for the coordinates and in just a few minutes they had already arrived. When Hongjoong let go of him, Yunho felt the sting of the cuts that his nails had left behind from holding so tightly. Hongjoong didnât wait for him to turn off the engine and jumped off the slider, running towards the mass of people.
âLet me through!â He yelled, and the soldiers in front of him parted, letting him see.
The army nurses had already loaded the body on a stretcher and were taking it to the medical slider. No one saw it coming when Hongjoong threw himself at them, trying to stop them from taking his brother away. Yunho ran towards him and pulled him away, shielding him with his body, but it was too late, Hongjoong had already seen it all.
He became violent, hitting Yunho and demanding him to move. But Yunho didnât budge. Instead, he took Hongjoong away from the masses so they wouldnât see him in that state. When they were finally alone, away from the prying eyes, Hongjoong broke down in his arms. He cursed Yunho out, demanding to return his brother, to let him go see him. And through it all, Yunho just held him.
â
Hongjoong stood next to his middle brother Yijoong and his father, the Emperor, on the front row at the palace's ballroom. The space had been adapted to hold the funeral, and as far as Hongjoong remembered, this was the second time he got to see it like this. His memories of the first time weren't too clear. He had been too young when the Empress, his mother, had passed away as a victim of illness. And now he stood there, waiting for his older brother to be brought to the front.
His eyes were fixed on the thrones as the soldiers carried the coffin on their shoulders. Hongjoong couldn't really hear anything besides the noise in his head. He was vaguely conscious of a few people crying, but the royal family was somewhat small and most of their family friends were in the military. Everyone expected them to just remain serious and wait.
Yunho had embraced him all throughout the previous day while the preparations for the ceremony were carried, but it wasn't enough and Hongjoong wished he could be there by his side. As it was, though, Yunho was probably standing a few rows behind him. The only good thing was that, at least, he had cried enough in the previous 24 hours that he didn't have a tear left to cry in the ceremony. Yijoong and his father were stoic as well, and Hongjoong couldn't help but think they certainly made an exemplary family of soldiers.
The emperor was the first to give his farewell speech. Hongjoong couldn't help but look away when the words died in his father's throat, as he looked over at the coffin for a long minute, just contemplating it. His father had lost his wife and a son. Yijoong and him had lost their mother and now a brother, how could they not break apart even just a moment? And still, the speech ended with no tears.
As Yijoong went to the front to speak about their eldest brother, Hongjoong put his hand inside his coat and pulled out a compass. It was a round black box the size of his palm, engraved with his initials. Taejoong had given it to him as a birthday gift when he had completed his studies in navigation, as it was one of Hongjoong's passions. The outside was simple, but the inside was beautifully designed and the golden needle never failed to show him the way. He wished it would also show him the way to bring his brother back.
When Yijoong was done speaking, it was Hongjoong's turn to stand up and walk to the front. As he stood up behind the stand, he looked at Yunho, whose eyes were fixed on him with intensity, body tense. Hongjoong guessed that the younger wanted to run out of his place and hug him, to protect him from the pain of loss. Yunho was silly like that, ready to throw away everything for him. Hongjoong nodded, and after Yunho nodded back, he fixed his eyes on the coffin and began talking.
"Everyone knows this already, but my brother was the most amazing person in my eyes, in my life." Hongjoong's voice was firm as he spoke. "He encouraged me and guided me to become the person I am today, and I would never be here without him.
"He was loved by everyone who got to meet him personally, and admired by many more who never got a chance to speak to him." As he felt his voice falter, he stopped for a moment and breathed deeply. "He was the strongest swordsman and soldier in the Empire, yet he had the kindest heart and always strove for peace and negotiation, only raising his weapon when it was to defend his people, and still never aiming to kill.
"Everyone will remember him as an amazing leader and General, but that is not everything about him." Hongjoong smiled slightly. "My brother was the kindest person I have ever known, always discussing new ways of improving the empire. But he was also an amazing brother, taking care of me and Yijoong, looking for his family and friends.
"He made all of our lives better, and he would have been an amazing emperor." This time, Hongjoong looked at the front, looking for comfort in Yunho's expression. "He lived with kindness and died being kind, as the enemy whose life he had chosen to spare, as he often did, stabbed him in the back." Hongjoong sighed. "And still, I'm sure he wouldn't have hesitated to do it again even knowing the outcome.
"I'll miss him, but I hope that wherever he is, he'll continue to guide us through the legacy he left to us." Hongjoong spared one last glance at his brother before getting off of the stand and walking back to his family.
The rest of the ceremony went by but Hongjoong paid almost no attention to it. If his brother was anywhere, it was not in that expensive ceremony to honor him. So Hongjoong held the compass tight to his heart and mourned in silence, hoping that wherever he was, his brother was still looking at him.

INTRO :: LONG JOURNEY âââ like butterfly wings
the end of the trimester marks a new point in hwang minjunâs life. through the many twists and turns, heâs gradually shaping himself and spreading his wings.
minjun isnât my first muse of the year, but he is the one iâve grown incredibly attached to, with connections i never imagined heâd have. i missed the halfway point of the year, i meant to post this on his birthday, july 10th, but better late than never, right? this also serves as a thank you to everyone who plotted with minjunâhe continues to develop as a character because of you all, both he and i canât thank you enough !
PERSONALITY
not a lot has changed in terms of his personality, he continues to be a person eager to please, an overachiever at times, to the point where heâd push himself a little too far. heâs learning to overcome this flaw, to let others take care of him, listen when heâs being told that heâs working too hard. to give himself a break when he needs it. heâs opening his arms to different types of people, more than happy to accommodate all types of personalities if it meant building friendships. at the end of the day, he still has a lot of love to give.
CAREER
the beginning of it allâthe valentines event drew out minjunâs infamous aegyo, which went viral within the blink of an eye. it may not be as significant as what follows, but itâs still an event that brings a smile to his face.
fear accompanied him when he auditioned for project origin, but the experience made him realise something importantâwhat matters is that he stayed true to himself as he performs, gives it very best with every little stomp and twist, pour all he can with each move. and eventually, heâll be rewarded.
type zero chipped away at his confidence, the pressures of being a replacement were heavy on his shoulders. gradually, he learns that he doesnât have to deal with it on his ownâafter all, type zero is a group first and foremost, lifting one another up. itâs fine to be himself, he doesnât need to pretend to be someone else.
being a part of project origin and legacy boys gave him opportunities he wouldnât dare imagine even in his wildest dreams. the tour opened his eyes to new heights, brought him out of his shell, introduced him to a greater stage, one he had the privilege to perform on, including a solo performance. boarding a plane hadnât been easy, minjun never ventured so far before. itâs a terrifying experience, but one he wouldnât erase.
RELATIONSHIPS a recap of minjunâs connections thus far, from his point of view.
minjun finds himself facing pages of the past when he reunites with ( @lgcinsoo ), a fellow dancer from his old days that he used to admire. to his surprise, the reunion was far from awkward, ending with a promise to hang out whenever they find the time. though theyâre walking different paths now, minjun will always be rooting for insoo. he hopes the time they hang out again will come soon.
( @lgcjiho ) had been another plushie collector, and was the person who managed to draw out minjunâs aegyo, causing him to go viral. in a way, minjun owes jiho his thanks, even more so for always seeming so eager to join him in his little tea parties. he believes project origin drew the two even closer, what with their shared fear for airplanes. they comforted one another like friends would, minjun wonât forget that day.
not all has been smooth sailing, he hit stormy waves when he went overboard with ( @lgchunji ). heâs not sure what he had done wrong specifically, but he knows it had to do with his desire to extend his hand even though he had been warned against it. minjun wants to fix things, tape back the string of friendship that he had broken. however, that isnât his decision to make. either way, he can only hope hunji is thriving with whatever it is heâs doing. hunji helped him realise that there is merit to sticking to his own lane, to not shove himself into situations that doesnât concern him.
he tried again to help someone else, ( @lgceunji ) this time. seeing her in a seemingly bad state after the prank worried him, and he did what he can do. offer a silent comfort and company, then gifting her one of his prized possessions, a small bear plushie. he intends to check up on her every now and then, even if heâs busy with the tour. he thinks of her as a little sister he wants to protect.
although it took a few days to adjust, he found friends among the type zero members. his worries were eased after his conversation with ( @lgcxking ), and minjun isnât shy to admit that he admires the other for his determination and strong will. kingâs bravery shown throughout the tour, like when king invited him to bungee jump, but also when king challenged himself to take part in babysitting services. he has a lot of respect for king.
among the project origin members, he finds himself adoring ( @lgcharu ), someone he canât help but feel like he wants to take care of. discussing their characters aided minjun in figuring out how to ease himself into musical acting, something he had never done before. he had a lot of fun with haru throughout the tour as well, spending a part of their chuseok holidays together.
his encounter with ( @lgcemil ) had been one he hadnât expected, meeting the other in the practice room when he intended to practice into the late night. he canât hide his concern for emil, and although he doesnât want to overstep his boundaries, he wants to become a friend that emil can count on whenever heâs feeling a little down.
there are a few special mentions. ( @lgceunho ) bonded with him when they were locked in a practice room, and although minjun would rather not get himself in such a situation ever again, heâs glad he had been stuck with eunho, who is a fun person to be around. panicking with ( @lgcxminseok ) over the april fools prank and playing with the animals in the shelter was a delightful time. during the project origin tour, he had a blast with king, ( @lgcyonghwa ) and ( @lgcmax ). yonghwa seems like a reliable older brother that minjun can count on. maxâs bursts of energy draws out his own, thereâs never a boring time with max. he didnât know ( @lgcjueun ) before babysitting services, but as it turns out, taking care of kids together is another good way to bond.
YOON SHINHA âââ forever you are my star
( @lgcshinha ) appeared to him like a storm, wrecking his world in the best way possible. he encountered the enigma that is yoon shinha when he reached out towards the same cat plushie that the other did. itâs an out of the blue suggestion when he said they should share the plushie instead, but he wouldnât have it any other day. that was the beginning of something beautifulâan encounter with an impact that will last a lifetime.
itâs a little funny when it turns out they ended up as roommates, but that makes it easier for them to take care of their little family. looking back, minjun isnât sure when exactly things started to change between the two of them, where they drew the line between friendship and something else. itâs hard for minjun not to fall for shinha though, not when shinha took care of him like no one else ever had. the illusion of having a family with the other felt more real as days go by, to the point where minjun is afraid that heâd eventually do what he does best: overstep and ruin everything.
he had never, for the life of him, thought that shinha would feel the same way. and yet, after a long night of rigorous practice and a shared night in their dorm with no one else around, they laid their feelings out on the table. it all happened too fast, but it still felt like it was yesterday. minjun recalled the beating of his heart picking up pace, too quick for him to keep up. he remembers the tears that were in the corner of his eyes, ever the emotional person he was. but they left things up in the air, until...
july 10th, minjunâs birthday and the day the stars aligned. shinha keeps proving himself as someone minjun canât help but think he doesnât deserve sometimes. the gifts shinha bestowed upon him that day is enough to make his heart swell, he remembers feeling as if heâll burst. a mix of emotions coursed through him that day, but overall he can say that heâs elated, heâs in love. that is further confirmed when shinha asked him out, and the tears he usually would try so hard to hide flowed almost endlessly. they became one that day, but minjun feels as if they were always one.
with project origin taking most of his time, he wasnât granted enough time to spend with his beloved, but he canât complainânot out loud, at the very least. the tour had been an experience minjun wouldnât trade for the world, yet he finds himself thinking about shinha whenever heâs alone with his thoughts. texts and video calls werenât nearly enough, he missed shinhaâs presence by his side most of all. it was torture, but he believes in shinha, in their relationship, in them. minjun knows they can go through whatever hardships may come.
seeing shinha again during kcon backstage brought forth the longing he had been feeling the past month. but theyâre strong, if they can survive a tour, then theyâll be able to handle worse.
a new trimester begins, and future dreams is knocking on their doors. minjun doesnât wish for much, but if he could wish for one thingâhe wants the both of them to debut, together.
THE ROAD AHEAD
above all, minjun intends to debut. he knows heâs meant to be on stage, and he wants to prove that heâs worth it. he doesnât know what future dreams will bring, but heâs eager to show off what hwang minjun can do.
there are a lot of people he still wants to befriend, particularly those who will be participating in future dreams. there may be a competitive element, however friendly rivalry isnât a bad thing.
heâs eager to brush up on his language skills, particularly japanese. with the workshop, that may be achievable. there seems to be a strong market in japan, so he wants to try it out.
despite the fun time he experienced in babysitting services, heâs eager to try out the other two variety shows. he isnât the best at cooking, but masterchef legacy piqued his interests.
#{ journey. }#( checkpoint. )#( this is LONG overdue )#( sorry for the notifs @ everyone i mentioned!! )#( hope i didnt disturb u or anything... )#( thank you for plotting w me and minjun!!! )#( i really appreciate it more than i am capable of letting on... )#bc mentioned#lgcshinha#lgcjiho#lgchunji#lgceunji#lgcxking#lgcharu#lgcemil#lgceunho#lgcxminseok#lgcyonghwa#lgcmax#lgcjueun#( the shinha section....... sorry *gags* )

What are your most favorite/recommended dramas? I've honestly only have watched 4 cause never know where to start once I finish one. Thank you!! đ
Sorry of the late reply â¤
Hereâs a âfewâ dramas that I enjoyed. Some of them fall into more than one category so Iâve written what categories I feel they fall into for each one. Iâm going to write the amount of episodes for each show, but Iâll only be counting by (approx.) hour, so if the drama has 32 episodes where each âepisodeâ is half an hour, Iâll write it as 16 episodes. Also some of these have several names, so Iâve just used the one they use on mydramalist. Iâve bolded my favourites.
This list might seem a bit daunting (as it is quite long) but I recommend looking at the specific genres you know you enjoy and just pick one you think seems interesting (thereâs no shame in dropping a drama if it doesnât grip you). If you canât decide which one to start first, send me a message with the ones youâre trying to choose between and Iâll help you decide ^^

Shattered Sky - Hwang Hyunjin Zombie Apocalypse AU Part 6
(<- Previous Part) (Next Part ->)
Cover Board by @eashmo201

âChan?â Hyunjin asked, his voice filled with disbelief. âIs that you?â
âHyunjin?â You heard another voice ask.
You peaked your head out from behind the tree nervously, your eyes wandering to Hyunjin. You looked across from him and saw a shorter male, who looked a few years older. Their weapons slowly dropped and they stared at each other.
âOh Hyunjin..â The older male breathed.
âChan Hyung?!â You heard Felix gasp, moving from behind the tree.
âNo way...â You looked over and saw Minho step out from behind his own tree.
âHyung!â Jisung gasped, dropping his weapon.
You watched Jeongin slowly step out from his hiding spot with shaking legs, tears in his eyes.
âYouâre all safe..â Chan breathed.
You watched as a shorter male with a muscular build began to step out from behind the trees, his dark eyes filled with shock. A slightly taller boy stepped out a moment later, along with another older male.
âJeongin!â The slightly taller, young looking one yelled as he ran over to Jeongin.
Jisung barreled straight into the short one, making him grunt as he hit the ground.
âAish- Jisung that hurt.â He groaned.
âI thought you were dead Changbin Hyung.â Jisung said, his voice shaking.
Felix wrapped his arms around Chan tightly, the older hugging him tight. Minho walked over to the older male and they smiled at each other.
âIâm glad youâre safe Woojin Hyung.â Minho said.
Chan let go of Felix and grabbed Hyunjinâs shoulder tightly, a smile on his face.
âItâs good to see you again brother.â He said.
Hyunjin smiled, then it was wiped off when Jisung barreled into Chan as well.
â... Ow.â Chan grunted, rubbing Jisungâs back.
Felix bumped his forehead against Changbinâs in affection, the both of them smiling.
âI missed you Hyung.â Felix said, his voice choked.
âI missed you too.â Changbin said with a smile.
You looked over at Woobin, Hoseok and Kin as they nodded. You slowly stepped out from behind the tree and Chan looked at the three of you.
âThereâs more?â He asked.
âWe live in an amusement park near here, thereâs more survivors there. These three are our newest. The young one weâve had since the beginning.â Minho said.
âThis is Y/N, Woobin, Hoseok, and Kin.â Hyunjin introduced the three of you.
The three of you bowed deeply to the others and they all smiled at you three, making your cheeks heat up.
âWe thought you guys were dead.â Seungmin said, his arm still slung around Jeonginâs shoulders.
âWe thought so too.â Hyunjin said, ruffling Seungminâs hair.
âYou guys are living at an amusement park? Where?â Woojin asked.
âItâs about 20 minutes down the highway.â Jisung answered.
âWe live in the abandoned prison not too far from here.â Chan informed you all. âWhy donât you guys come with us?â
Everyone fell silent as Hyunjin and Chan looked at each other, before Hyunjin sighed.
âIâd agree to Hyung, but weâre safe where we are. It took a lot to settle in, and weâre doing really good where we are.â He sighed.
âI understand. You are all always welcome to Miroh.â Chan said, rubbing Hyunjinâs shoulder. âWe have to get back. Please donât feel like strangers.â
Hyunjin nodded, his eyes almost sad as he watched his friends begin to leave. Changbin smiled at Felix and Jisung before turning and following Chan. Felix allowed a tear to slip out as you watched them leave, feeling your heart break for them. Kin walked over to Jisung and Felix and rubbed their shoulders as he led them back to the trucks, everyone else following suit.
You looked over at Hyunjin and saw him clutching his bleeding shoulder, still in shock that the ones they had been friends with had almost killed him.
âYouâre hurt.â You pointed out, falling in step beside him.
âItâs just a graze.â Hyunjin said, shrugging off your concern.
âCan you not be so stubborn? Itâs a graze but itâs deep.â You hissed, grabbing his arm and making him stop.
He glared down at you but you ignored it, moving his hand and looking at the wound. It was, in fact, pretty deep. He was bleeding quite a bit, so you took off your bag and grabbed a water bottle, pouring some on his wound. He watched your hand slip back into your bag as you ripped up a shirt you had and tied it around his wound, making a Tourniquet. (heuheuheu)
â.... Thanks.â He said lowly, walking ahead of you.
Your eyes beamed as you walked after him, an extra bounce in your step. Kin stepped up beside you, a smile on his face.
âWow Noona, that was amazing.â Kin said with a smile.
âWhat?â You asked.
âHow you got Hyunjin to just let you care for him. He doesnât let anyone do that, or allow for anyone to back talk him like that.â He giggled.
âHe just needs to stop being so stubborn.â You laughed.
When you got back to the trucks, Hyunjin went to hop in the drivers seat, but Minho shook his head.
âOh no, youâre injured.â Minho said.
âYouâre not going to be telling me no too.â Hyunjin said in an irritable tone.
âLooks like I am, listen to your elders for once.â Minho said firmly, eyes narrowed.
Their eyes were narrowed on each other. Anxiety filled your chest as you looked at both of them, until Kin and Felix stepped between them.
âHyunjin come on, youâre hurt. Minho Hyung just wants to make sure youâre okay, not challenge you.â Felix pointed out.
You watched Hyunjinâs expression change, his eyes going to Felix, to Kin, to Minho, then to you. He sighed and stepped back, making you sigh with relief. He looked back at Minho and lightly bowed his head in apologies.
âSorry Hyung, I was out of line.â He apologized.
To say you were shocked was an understatement. Hyunjin? Apologizing? This was new. You looked to Minho who stepped forward and grabbed his shoulder, a smile on his face.
âI understand Hyunjin, just know I wouldnât challenge you. You may be the leader, but Iâm still youâre Hyung and will still take care of and protect you.â Minho said with a smile.
Hyunjin smiled back at him as Minho lead him into the passenger seat. You hopped in the truck, sitting on the side towards a window with Woobin in the middle and Hoseok on the other side. You looked out the window and watched as the other truck pulled away, Felix behind the wheel.
Ten minutes into the ride, Hyunjin looked in the review mirror at the three of you. Your head was resting on Woobinâs shoulder, out like a light. Hoseokâs head was on his other shoulder, his lips parted as he snored softly. Woobin sat there, an unamused look on his face. He looked at you, then to Hoseok, then back to the front.
âHaving fun back there Woobin?â Minho asked in a snicker.
âTheir heads are heavy.â Woobin grumbled.
Both Minho and Hyunjin chuckled in amusement.
âWeâll be back in ten minutes.â Minho laughed. âThey seemed to have grown on you.â âI can never get away from this one.â Woobin said looking down at Hoseok. âAnd her... Sheâs very... Different.â
Minho glanced at Hyunjin from the corner of his eyes. The leaders eyes were on the road ahead of them, as if he were thinking about something as they pulled up to the gates after the other truck, the gates opening and swallowing the trucks into safety as the last rays of sunlight were eaten by the sky.
Your eyes fluttered open as you heard a knock on the door of your cottage. You looked around in confusion, wondering how you had managed to get here, as the last thing you remembered you had been in the truck. You slowly pushed yourself out of bed and opened the door, seeing Hyunjin standing on the other side, leaning against the railing.
âHey.â He greeted.
âGood morning.â You greeted back. âWhatâs up?â
âI was wondering if you were up to teaching me to hunt again today. We should get more meat and materials.â He said.
âOh, sure. Just let me get ready.â You said with a smile.
He nodded and stepped away from your door, glancing back at you.
âMeet me at the tower when youâre done.âÂ
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
You jogged over to the tower where Hyunjin always was, and saw Hoseok and Kin there too. You greeted them with a smile and walked over to Hyunjin.
âNice of you to finally join.â Hoseok said with an amused grin.
âShut up, dummy.â You said, rolling your eyes. âGood morning Kin.â
âGood morning Noona.â Kin giggled.
They followed you and Hyunjin to one of the trucks, helping you both pack up some bows, arrows, bait, and anything else you needed.
âBe safe out there, alright?â Hoseok said, his eyes full of worry.
âYou worry way too much.â You chuckled, hugging him.
âI guess I do.â He laughed through his nose, hugging you tight.
You let go and smiled at him as you hopped in the drivers seat. You saw Kin smiling at you and you tilted your head.
âWhat?â You asked.
âOh nothing Noona.â He giggled.
âNo really what is it?â You laughed.
âI mean, you and Hyunjin Hyung will be all alone.. In the woods... Together.â He giggled, lifting his eye brows up and down.
A loud smack filled the air as you whacked Kinâs head.
âOw! Noona!â He whined.
âI swear, none of you have any shame.â You huffed. âHyunjin and I arenât like that.â
Kin rolled his eyes, a smile on his face as he stepped away from the truck as Hyunjin slid into the drivers seat. He started the engine and glanced at you.
âYou have everything you need?â He asked.
âYeah, I do.â You answered with a nod.
âGood.â He answered back, putting the truck in drive.
You sighed as you and Hyunjin waited for at least a doe to catch wind of the bait you left out. You were both in a tree, where you had been for the past two hours.
âDoes it ever take this long?â Hyunjin asked.
âNo, not usually. Iâve never waited this long.â You sighed.
âShould we get down and go looking?â He asked.
You bit your lip and thought for a moment. Maybe it was a good idea to find some prints and follow, but it also meant the possibility of running into walkers or other peiple.
âMaybe we could stay up here a little longer? Just to be safe.â You suggested.
Hyunjin nodded and looked back down to the trap site.Your eyes wandered to his shoulder, and you remembered the events from the night before.
âHowâs your shoulder?â You asked.
âHealing, thank you.â He said, his eyes watching where the bait sat.
You felt at a loss for words, as he didnât seem like he felt like talking. You sat on the thick branch beside him, lost in thought.
âIâm sorry.â You said softly.
âWhat for?â He asked, looking at you in confusion.
âIf it seemed like I challenged you last night when I made you allow me to help you. I was just worried.â You said, your eyes anywhere but on him. âI didnât mean to challenge you if I did.â
His eyes seemed to soften as he looked at you, before looking back at the same spot.
âI know you werenât, and Iâm sorry for flipping out the way I did. It was childish of me.â He said lowly.
You both fell silent as you sat in the tree, lost in thought.
âThose guys... Were your friends?â You asked.
âYeah... We thought we lost them months ago.â Hyunjin said.
âWhat do you mean?â You asked.
âWe all have known each other our whole lives. When the apocalypse happened, we all found each other and stuck together. Chan was the leader of our group before we got separated, and we were doing really well.â He explained.
âWhat happened?â You asked.
âWe were looking for supplies one day, and it was daylight, and we were attacked by a group of walkers. Minho and I managed to get Jisung, Jeongin, and Felix out. We looked for everyone else for awhile, be we couldnât find any of the.â He explained.
âYou guys were brave to continue looking.â You said with a sweet smile.
âYeah, we were all devastated for awhile. But I found district 9 and we made sure it was walker proof.â Hyunjin said with a small smile.
âHow did you guys find Kin?â You asked.
âDuring a raid on another group. We had a few others here when we found District 9, but we were attacked by another group. They were cannibals, and killed a few of us.. We found Kin when we went to retrieve some of the survivors that were taken. He was the last survivor of his group.â Hyunjin explained.
He looked at you and laughed through his nose when he saw the sad look on your face.
âItâs okay Y/N, heâs safe with us now. I promised Iâd protect him, and I plan on keeping my promise.â He said with a small smile.
You smiled back and looked down at trap site, before looking at him.
âYouâre great leader, Hyunjin.â You said.
A slightly shocked expression was on his face, before the corner of his lips curved into a smile.
âThank you, Y/N.â He chuckled.
You both fell silent again, but this one a more comfortable silence, before he glanced at you again.
âMaybe we should get down and do some searching.â He said, getting up and stretching his hand out to you.
You smiled and nodded, taking his hand.
You had picked up a few hoof prints and followed it, Hyunjin keeping an eye out as you both came to a small creek. Hyunjin took his shoes off and and rolled his pant legs up, slowly wading into the water.
âWhat are you doing?â You asked with a small laugh.
âItâs kind of warm out right now, just figured to get a little cooled off.â He said, looking at you.
You shook your head and giggled, when you felt water splashing you. You looked up at him in shock and he giggled. You smirked and splashing him right back, making him gasp.
âYah! I didnât splash you nearly as much!â He yelled.
You both started splashing each other, almost completely soaking yourselves through. You both laughed and he got out, flicking the water off his feet before putting his socks and boots back on.
âYou soaked me.â You groaned.
âShouldnât of splashed me then.â He said.
âYou splashed me first!â You pointed out.
âKeep complaining and Iâll pour all this water on your head.â He said with a smirk, picking up the giant water bottle he had.
âNope!â You yelled, running off.
He chuckled as he tied his laces then followed after you. He pushed himself through the thick woods when he saw you standing there, eyes in horror.
The scene in front of you made you feel sick, bile rising in your throat. Standing across from you was the bloody, zombified Ari. Her throat was gashed, flesh hanging from it. Her eyes were milky white and clouded, no emotion in them. Her right ankle was bent at a disgusting angle, the bone sticking out. She was looking at you as she stumbled towards you, snarls and growls ripping from her decaying mouth.
Hyunjin looked at you, and he noticed the look on your face, the tears in your eyes.
â... Is that her?â He asked.
You nodded, tears slipping past your eyes. You slowly went to grab your bow, a soft whimper leaving your lips. Your hand grabbed the bow, when you felt Hyunjin gently grab your wrist.
âYou donât have to kill something every time you see it.â He said, a small smile on his face as he slowly backed you away.
You shook your head as tears spilled down your cheeks before looking at him.
âI should Hyunjin. She always told me if she were to turn then to kill her, and vise versa. Sheâd do the same for me, and we canât risk her biting anyone.â You said shakily.
Hyunjin looked at you for a moment before turning you around, making you face his chest.
âThen Iâll do it.â He said gently.
You watched as he grabbed his gun and raised it, the sounds of your zombified friend getting closer. You covered your ears and stepped right into him, burying your face into his chest. You felt his one hand clutch the back of your head, as the other pulled the trigger.
When you knew it was over, you dropped your hands from your ears and clutched his shirt, a small sob ripping from your throat. Hyunjin stood there and allowed you to cry, soaking his shirt as you clutched the fabric tightly. Your smaller frame trembled against his, his body heat eventually calming you down.
You stepped away from him and wiped your eyes, your cheeks turning red when you saw the soaked from of his shirt.
âSorry.â You managed out smally.
âItâs okay. Letâs go, itâs getting dark.â He said, pulling you away so you wouldnât have to look at the body.
When you got back into the truck, it was almost dark, and rain started to pour down on the truck. You slipped your seat belt on as Hyunjin got into the truck. He started the engine and slipped his own seat belt on. His eyes landed on you as he began to drive, noticing you were shivering as you got slightly rained on. He turned on the heat and reached in the back for something, bringing one of his hoodies up and over you.
âSorry, I didnât realize it was supposed to rain or be this cold.â You apologized as you relaxed under the warmth of his hoodie and the heat.
âNo need to apologize, itâs okay.â He said gently.
You were about to say something when lightning struck, and a large cracking sound filled your ears. Your heart stopped as a tree fell in the middle of the road, not giving Hyunjin enough time to slam on the breaks as the truck slid and slammed into the tree, making everything go white.
